I've had tonkatsu ramen and a lot of different ramen places, and this is the first one I've found that had chashu pork that was this thick and also seared and soft in the middle. I enjoyed having mushrooms in mine. The egg somehow got a little overcooked this time, but I've eaten here before, and it was perfect last time, so I can ignore that as a one off because it is normally soft and jelly-like on the inside. The broth is silky and delicious. I always order my ramen with extra noodles, and that is no problem here. The broth comes really hot, so it might not be a good idea to add a few ice cubes if you are in a hurry. The sushi was really fresh. The owner said he is still trying different suppliers and brands, and it keeps getting better and better. This salmon had a buttery taste to it, and the tuna was really fresh. I enjoyed both. You can see how fresh they are in the picture. I read the reviews on this place, and I saw that someone said he didn't think they had corn in Japan. What? Corn is a normal ingredient in tonkotsu ramen. It is in every ramen shop I have ever visited. He also said that the instant ramen that they had at Costco was cheaper? Of course it is! This isn't instant food. This is real food! This guy shouldn't be reviewing ramen shops if the only ramen he's ever eaten came out of a packet.

Over priced Subpar sushi and ramen. Went here due to the 5 star google rating which I don’t understand unless it’s fake. It’s located in a nice food court and staff is very nice but…… Don’t think corn is part of the japanese kitchen but they put corn on the ramen. You can get better ramen from Costco than here. The sushi rice is dry which I’ve barely ever experienced I. A japanese place. Wasn’t expecting top notch Japanese food in Atlanta but this place would be out of business in a heartbeat in Nyc. Will not come back. Hopefully they step up their game in the future.

Save your money. I paid $27.23 for salmon hibachi. Portion size was small and food was unseasoned. Veggies were not cooked and there was no flavor in the plate at all. They don’t even give you a full filet of salmon for $30. Not to mention $5 for water. Never again! Wish I would have tried another establishment in the food court. Like many others ATL restaurants, overpriced and underwhelming. Instant regret!

We've been making our way through Halidom Food Hall and tonight's new try was Wasabi Sushi & Ramen. It did not disappoint! All the dishes were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, we dug in before remembering to take pics, so please take that into account.

First, the staff was very welcoming, helped explain and recommend items, and said please and thank you, which I appreciate. A+ for service.

I had the steak hibachi and it was delicious - packed with steak and loads of mixed veggies. Salty, savory, sweet, soy goodness! Hubby and son split some California rolls and a tuna poke bowl, all were excellent. My son mentioned that the tuna bowl was loaded with fish. We also had some gyozas dumplings and they were super yummy too.

As for the price, it's a food hall, so let's be honest, they are never cheap. But considering the food and service were excellent, and I supported a family run business in my community - it was worth it and I'll be...

Being so honest I got the shoyo ramen, I immediately returned it, it is way too salty and it has a strong after salty taste. My mom only had a few bites and she woke up swollen from the sodium's it was to the point where you get that headache feeling when you eat. The chicken is like sweet not good chicken quality. Like I couldn't finish it and If I did I would be so sick , please dilute or take out the salt bc it isn't even enjoyable. Lucky the man switched my order out thank god but oh my gosh... and I'm a very valid ramen reviewer this did not take good authentic ramenx

The shrimp Hibachi was good! Thank you to the employee that...
