A huge shout-out to The House Stylists LLC. Lead stager and Interior Designer Brittany Henton-Henry did a phenomenal job at a 1740SF "Starter" two story home. Everything is about the photos to get buyers interested to come to the home. This home was empty due to recent remodel and needed an edge to get top dollar.

I compared virtual staging vs. real home staging. Interviewed several companies recommended to me by realtor as well as through google search. It was apparent from viewing Brittany’s website and speaking with her by phone that her standard level was other stagers highest levels in terms of layering. Another bonus, She includes accessorizes in the bathrooms. Brittany was very professional and able to accommodate my quick timeframe. When you call her business you are speaking direct with her not an assistant which was typical of some of the other firms.

I text her some photos of empty rooms and a floor plan. Once we agreed to rooms and pricing, Within 48 hours she visited the home, took measurements, and came up with a plan. The day of the staging it was sprinkling, she said “not a problem” the furniture is wrapped!

The following week, as promised she arrived on time with movers and her team which consisted of her husband and mother. A true family business. They spent 7-8 hours in one day to ensure that everything was placed correctly. She even ran to a nearby store to pickup a few accessories she felt were needed to make it perfect. The layers of books, art, blankets, floral, dishes, rugs, pillows, fabrics and furniture created a high end look. The visual was helpful for buyers to see how their furniture might fit or give them a wish list of things to buy. In the end the photos showing symmetry came across as nice and comfy where someone would want to raise their family.

The realtor's photographer visited the following day and snapped some beautiful HGTV worthy photos. No doubt the quality and skill of House Stylists LLC helped this home sell. Within five days of going live, we had an offer, then another one and then another... 39 days of listing, the home Closed so I didn’t even get to take advantage of the two month contract signed with Brittany. (thank goodness). Brittany was able to remove all her items with only a few days notice. I highly recommend...

Brittany is such a true gem!!! Her eye for detail, spacing, and potential is just an incredible gift! Not very often do you meet people in this industry that do what they do because they genuinely love it and are passionate about. Even if she never told you, it's showcased through her work. She took a property I needed to sell, and staged and utilized the space so well, it opened the door to so much additional potential in the property!!! Made that home that much easier to sell!
