Kroger Pharmacy — Local services in Atlanta

I’m at this Kroger right now. I made a flu vaccine apt 6 hrs ago. I came in to get it. Every other place you can walk in,no apt needed. But I called they said make an apt. So I did. I get here and they don’t have it ready. Didn’t even know I’m coming. Get an attitude with me. Then tell me I have to wait 30 minutes. I asked if there is any way they could have it ready faster as I have somewhere I need to be. The man ROLLED HIS EYES AND WALKED AWAY WITH OUT ANSWERING. Like it’s MY FAULT. Unbelievable. Luckily the pharmacist was extremely professional and kind. Which allowed me to leave without a complete negative taste...

The service at this pharmacy has always been substandard, but recently I had an experience that made me decide to never come back. I had to call six times to try and get my medication and talked to at least four different people, who all told me different things. In the end, I still never got it. I don't blame them for not having medication (sounded like a supplier error), but if I had known from the start, I could have transferred to another pharmacy. Instead, I got the run-around and had to go days...

If it were possible to give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I have had the most difficult time since my insurance switched at the start of the year. Today, I was told one of my maintenance medications had been "de-acticated" by mistake of a pharmacist. And now, I am unable to refill this important maintenance medication. Pathetic service! Plus, they don't scan the Kroger plus card half the time and thus defraud you of fuel points. And good luck getting the store manager to...
