I was just an employee there. They fired me because I complained about the problems in the store. First, it was rats. The rats were everywhere including refrigerator and freezer. It was disgusting and yes they still feed you the food. I have seen countless of times where a staff member would drop food on the floor including myself and the General manager still told me to serve it. They was trying blame me for food shortage but they give free food away to their whole family when they come and they always fixing free food. I always asked so it's not like they were unaware and I would most of the time just take the left overs during closing time Yes with permission versus every one else who just fixed food. If you think about working here, I suggest you do not. The general manager Ms. Corretta is bias. She have her family and friends working at her location, so if you a person she don't know working with them, anything they tell her she will take their word. No point in applying. Her appointed managers, Jasmin,Alexis, her daughter Adonica, and her sister Tijuana are the managers. She will not hesitate to choose them over you. I literally just gave y'all their names so if you don't believe me that's on you. You might sick eating there. Like I stated before, she is bias, so if her managers/people don't like you for any reason, she will fire you. It really don't have to be a good reason or a reason at all. She had to make up a reason for me. She put on my notice saying it was because of my job performance. She said I didn't move with urgency which is a total lie, may God be my witness. I'm moving and working so hard I was literally drinking my own sweat and I cannot forget to mention you don't take breaks. For some reason they don't take breaks even after working 6 or more hours. I want corporate to check the cameras and make a final decision because I don't want to lose my chances of getting rehired at another location. I asked Ms. Corretta to pull the cameras, but she refused. I was over confident that wasn't the case the case referring to my job...
Read moreI visit this location at least once a month. This evening I ordered a 3 piece fish meal and 20 piece shrimp meal. The young female with colored hair at the drive thru window had an attitude. I asked for 4 tarter sauces for the 20 piece shrimp dinner. She said the general manager only allows 2 sauces per meal because too many are being given away. To the general manager: It is not reasonable for someone to dip 20 pieces of shrimp into 2 small sauce containers. I understand food cost, but you must also find a balance so that your customers are happy & will return. I offered to pay for the additional sauces but was denied. When I got home the quality of food was a mirror image of the service I received. Terrible. I did not receive my butter or sour cream I asked for. Everything fried had a nasty film flavor on it and was a very dark color. Not the light colored food that is portrayed in your promo photos. Which leads me to believe the oil needs to be changed. $30 worth of trash food. The district manager and or owner has really neglected...
Read moreI arrived at approximately 9:30 PM intending to use the drive-thru, only to find it unexpectedly closed. I was then advised to place an online order instead. While this was already inconvenient, I went ahead and complied with the request.
However, when I returned to pick up my order, the customer service I received was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff made me feel unwelcome, and the overall tone of the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable. In fact, the experience was so unpleasant that I lost my appetite and no longer felt comfortable eating the food I had just purchased.
This visit fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect from your business, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure your team is better prepared to serve customers respectfully and consistently—especially during late hours when options are limited.
Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to...
