I recently visited this particular restaurant on 4/24/14 during a lunch visit with my husband. I do not reside in the area, but stopped here to pick up lunch. After receiving my order and arriving to my husband's job, I noticed that I was missing a chicken sandwich. I had to go all the way back up the restaurant. When I arrived, I went in and had to stand there for about 5 minutes before anyone helped me. The manager even saw me standing there with a bag of food in my hand and said nothing to me. If it were not for the young lady who was at the drive-thru window who had helped me, I probably would have stood there even longer. After explaining what was wrong with my order, the manager did nothing but ask if I wanted something to drink for the wait. Are you serious? I just had to come all the way back up here because all of my order was not in the bag and all you want to offer me is something to drink? Not to be funny, but I really think that there was a race card pulled because I think that had I been white. I would have received much better service. This is so sad to say and think, but it is true because racism is still alive and well. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience of having to come all the way back up to the restaurant and not to mention, wasting my husband's lunch hour by almost 30 minutes. Read moreI’ve never been disgusted with Chik Fil A until today. I usually only go to Chik Fil A for breakfast but today I decided to stop by this location and grab a quick bite to eat because I had been out all day running errands and was starving. I went inside and ordered a 3ct chicken strip meal, I received my bag grabbed some napkins and ketchup, closed the bag and went back to my car. Keep in mind, I said the bag was sealed prior to me going back outside. By the time I got home and opened my bag to eat, I opened my chicken strip box and BOOM there was a dead gnat attached to one of my chicken strips, in which I’m 10000% sure it died on the strip prior to them putting the food in the box and into my bag. So freaking disgusting. I don’t get how whomever served me this didn’t see it. I called and talked to the manager whom was apologetic and although I told him I didn’t want my food replaced because my appetite was spoiled he didn’t offer anything else. I personally wouldn’t have took anything else and I wasn’t going to drive back for $7 and some change but it’s all about the principle. Read moreI visited this place for the first time on September 17th, and my order was incorrect. I reached out to John, who advised me to return to retrieve a replacement order within 48 hours. Upon returning, I did not receive my corrected order that john said I would get. Throughout the process, I was overly questioned, which was fine, but it appeared they were slightly pushing me away, which was endearing. Marissa, the director, emerged shortly after, and was prompt in stating that she wouldn't replace the entire order, despite what John had mentioned, which I had relayed to her. She dismissed it, claiming she couldn't do so. As someone working in the food industry, I prioritize my customers' satisfaction. If they're unhappy or have issues, I address them swiftly. Marissa, the director, seemed eager to conclude the conversation abruptly and in a dismissive way. John was very polite and handle the situation on the phone professionally, I wish he was at the store when I came and maybe the outcome would be different. Marissa please take some online classes on how to treat your customers. As a director I expected class , respect, kindness, professionalism, and what you showed today was the opposite...
