Absolutely Not. I've had my share of professional massages before and I walked out of this experience. I "requested a booking" for a couples massage a months ago and was sold a 60 minute reflexology massage and a 60 minute body massage on their website and paid a deposit. When we walked into the place early we were greeted and we were told to sign in on the tablet. I entered my phone number and was asked two questions: 'what kind of pressure would you like?', followed by a few photos of the human body and told to circle any problem areas. I was brief as I was sure I'd speak with the therapist to explain what had been going on with my problem areas. These questions were only asked once, which was odd since this was a two person appointment, but ok. We sat down and waited. At about 5 minutes till, a gentlemen entered the lobby and said "excuse me". I pointed at myself in question and he nodded. We got up and followed the man to a room with a row of multiple spa-esq chairs all with a foot bath at the end of them. I was expecting to be shown to a place to change into robes and brought to a private room, but I went with it. We each took a chair and the man asked "it's ok?" as I dipped my feet into the foot bath. These four words, were the only words spoken to us after we signed in on the tablet. There was clearly a language barrier here, but I thought perhaps the massage therapists themselves would communicate better. The man left and we soaked in the foot bath for a few. Shortly, the same man and a woman came in with towels and plastic containers of coconut oil. They placed a dish with two small water bottles and two Ferrero Rochere chocolates between us. They each laid a dry washcloth over our eyes and seated themselves at our feet. It was clear to me now that these were in fact the reflexology therapists. They had still not spoken to us besides the previously mentioned interaction. The man was at my feet and took them out of the foot bath, dried them and slathered them in coconut oil. He proceeded to rub my feet and legs. No communication, no customer service and I was not convinced but I shut up and did my best to relax. About 15 minutes in i was upset. This was not reflexology, this was an elongated foot and leg rub that I get when I go to a cheap nail salon. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but then I began to think. When I requested a booking for this appointment I was sent one text message asking me if I was sure I wanted that time and date. I responded and had heard nothing since. Three days ago I had called them to confirm my appointment since I hadn't heard a peep and was getting nervous. It occured to me that this place was skating by doing the bare minimum in an industry based on customer service, communication, and relaxation. And here, now, I felt none of that. Should I wait until the body massage? Would THAT therapist be qualified? Would that therapist even talk to me? Would it be the same "therapist" as the clearly unqualified man at my feet now? By now I realized I'd spent 15 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt and 15 minutes contemplating leaving. I wasn't going to waste any more time. I looked over at my boyfriend who could tell I was upset. "This isn't even real reflexology" was all I had to say for him to nod and we agreed to leave. We told the two "therapists" we were leaving and they called over the man from the front desk who tried briefly to convince me that this IS reflexology. I think he knew he was full of it himself as he didn't put up much of an argument. I left a tip, after all it's not their fault they're undertrained & working for a bare minimum company and I didn't want to shaft a service worker for their company's short comings. I was now out $55 for this. I noticed many of the good reviews here elude to the fact that this isn't something they really do or some have ever done so let me let you all know that THIS is not a good experience. I get better/ more qualified experience at literally Massage Envy. So...

I was in need of a massage and found this place on google. After reading reviews on both google and Yelp- it seemed like a solid place to try’.
You can request an appointment directly from their website. They will text you to confirm the appointment. I requested 2:30pm today, but they text and advised they could do 3pm.
I arrived about 15 min prior to my appointment. The check in process is completed on a touch screen. They ask for basic information. You also circle the areas you want the massage focused on as well as the level of pressure.
My massage started promptly. The issue- this is not professional by any means despite the $99 price tag! The lady was applying pressure- but was not consistent. She would do one thing on the left and a totally different things on the right. Additionally, I was drenched in oil and rubbed on! I mean drenched- yes it was excessive!! I don’t think she even looked at the information I provided about areas to focus on. She spent so much time on my calf muscles- and only the upper part of my leg was circled! Last but not least, I specifically requested that she not massage my face. I don’t like anyone touching my face, unless I am getting a facial. What does she do?? Touch my face! I had to ask her again to please not touch my face.
Long story short- I will not be a repeat customer. For the price- I expected more. Do note that they do offer a bottle of water and a glass of champagne after your service. The sign in asked if I wanted the champagne and I clearly said I did not, yet they told me it was for me. I advised I would just be taking the water to go.
I always encourage everyone to try something for themselves. Your expectation may differ from mine so you...
Read moreI just had the absolute best self care day at the Collier Road location. I decided to spoil myself with the Radiant Dream Package - a full body massage, a facial, and a head spa treatment. Immediately when I walked in I felt like a vip guest. The spa is gorgeous- spotless top to bottom and great atmosphere for relaxation. My treatment started with microscopic pictures of my scalp showing the oily follicles and hair. Then i had my spa treatments all within the same room - the massage table converts into a wash basin for the scalp/hair treatments. It was DIVINE. I lost count of how many different products were used on me. Had to force myself to stay awake so i could enjoy every minute. Then when i returned to the lobby i was met with complimentary champagne and chocolate, and had after pictures taken of my scalp. I felt absolutely pampered. In total it was roughly 3 and a half hours between when i walked in the door, and my first sip of champage. Pricing felt absolutely fair with the amount of time i spent there, and the amount of products used.
I have 2 reasons for not giving 5 stars. Number 1 - there were multiple long periods where the provider left the room, presumably to gather supplies for the next part of the service, leaving me waiting. The process of turning the table into the wash basin was very loud and clunky, taking me out of the relaxation. Number 2 - there were brief moments when the towels/blankets were being adjusted that it felt as though my breasts either were, or were about to be exposed. And moments where when i had to sit upright, i had to hold the blankets to myself so they wouldnt be.
That being said I would 100% revisit this location. I am extrememly satisfied with the service I...
