Horrible customer service. I am never one to write a bad review but I had to let my experience speak for itself. I have been a regular customer there for about a year because it's close to my job. It's safe to say I have spent at least 150 dollars a month with them over the past year. I would like to mention the fact that on several occasions they have taken customers that don't look like me before me even if I got there 1st, but I'm not one to base things off race so I always thought it may just be a coincidence. Not this time. After paying for a gel nail set and pedicure and tipping I noticed that the colors didn't match ( even thought they were promoted as perfect match colors) I had to go to work so I figured since I am a loyal customer and since it clearly didn't match I could come back the next day and get it corrected. Not only did they tell me to wait and took several customers in front of me they shooed me away after I told them what I was there for. The manager Tony told me that they wouldn't fix anything for free... I made sure to ask if they were willing to lose a client that spends at least 60 dollars plus tips every visit and comes at least once every two weeks and he made sure to tell me yes. I've never been treated so poorly at a place I spend my hard earned money at ever in my life. They will never get another...

The ambiance is quiet, relaxed, and tranquil, with minimal back-and-forth chatter — just what I needed to decompress. The service was so exceptional, I called my husband to join me mid-session, and his experience was equally impressive.

Seems that they are not very friendly towards African Americans.Every time I or my girlfriend have visited we leave unhappy and just feeling like our experience could have been better. They made my girlfriend wait for 45 min for 1 broken nail helped 5 other people in front of her. She had just visited the salon the previous day and was returning for a repair. She came home in tears. On her first visit yesterday, the lady nipped her fingers so many times, and my gf thought that it was just an accident. The lady was very rough with her. She has dried blood marks around her cuticles..I don't think it was accidental, and I do not think that anyone should support this business. Another note-the lady did not stop to aid to the bleeding on her fingers she kept going, and put the tip she used back in her drawer, and that is a HUGE infection control violation.
