I am giving today’s visit a three Star because of Dr. Love and only because of Dr. Love he is a great doctor, but the staff needs improvement. I have been coming to Dr. Love for the past three years and he has always done remarkable work on my teeth . but his staff has always lacked customer service two years ago. I paid for bleaching for my wedding photos at the time I had some undergoing issues with my gums that prevented me from not getting the bleaching done At the time Hannah worked for Dr. Love I always made it my duty to ask her. I can get that bleaching when I get this procedure done right? she always was pleasant and said yes never thought that I would relocate an hour and 30 minutes away from Dr. Love office in between this time. Dr. Love referred me out to a specialist and I relocated I recently had some issues with my teeth that Dr. Love worked on that my current dentist wouldn’t touch so I had to go back to Dr. Love so that he can look over the work . I reached out to the office regarding the issue about the refund for the bleach . I called the office They made me an appointment for February 19 I came in ask can I be seen early they said no so I patiently waited. My appointment was for 3 o’clock. I Was not seen until 315 but while I was there, I was going to take care of this Bleach. I can’t tell you the young lady’s name because I was so disgusted by her unprofessionalism that I did not remember her name but she At the checkout. she was on the phone when I approached the desk she said, did you get everything you needed after she got off the phone I said yes, but I would like to discuss this bleaching. She said me and Hannah have spoke to you as she bat her eyes, as if I am a nuisance to her . she proceeds on and says me and Hannah have spoke to you I said no you guys haven’t she says i Assure you, as she closes her eyes that me and Hannah have spoke to you I said, when is Hannah coming back? She goes Hannah no longer works here. Of course she would throw somebody’s name in that can’t defend the situation because they no longer work here so I said when did Hannah leave since she called me I’m trying to figure out when did she call me? What does that matter, but before she made her statement she said Dr. Love stated that I couldn’t get a refund but when I got mad she said well I can go talk to Dr. Love that means you never spoke to Dr. Love and you lied about Hannah calling me and I’m trying to figure out why my arguing with somebody that is supposed to be in a professional setting. I said you know what love have a good day, but my thing is to you young lady. If you don’t like customer service and you don’t like your job, go to school and find out what you like to do because customer service is not your strong suit , I see that dr Love has a lot of temp agencies in there so that lets me know that it’s hard to find good workers nowadays and it lacks in the customer service. You are a rep representation to his business and you conduct yourself so unprofessionally just like the young man that used to answer the phone . Would I recommend someone to come to the office? Yes for Dr. Love he can’t help that he can’t find...

I had such a great experience at Collier Hills Dental! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and cared for. I was especially nervous about this visit since it had been a while since my last dental appointment, but the hygienist immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly personable and made the entire experience feel comfortable and judgment-free.

What stood out most was how gently informative she was - she explained everything clearly and gave me more insight into my oral health than I’ve ever received before. It wasn’t just a routine cleaning; I came in for a special gingivitis treatment, and she went above and beyond. Her work was extremely thorough and detail-oriented, and I left feeling like I had a whole new mouth. It felt great to be in the hands of someone who truly knew what they were doing and took the time to answer all of my questions with care and patience.

Dr. Love was also wonderful - warm, helpful, and professional. He made me feel confident that I was in good hands. The receptionist and front office staff were equally kind and efficient. Booking the appointment was super easy, and I received timely responses throughout the process. And the bathroom was clean

I’ll absolutely be returning to Collier Hills Dental and am happy to make this my primary dental office now that I’ve relocated....

I just encountered the most unprofessional practice manager. I have been coming to this practice for years. Today i experienced Stephanie who made it clear this is her practice. While attending my appointment I was provided an invoice from 2021. I advised i need to research this matter before i make the payment. The insurance i had in 2021 is different than what i currently have. She advised she doesn’t feel comfortable providing the service because i have a balance. A balance i was just notified of today. After trying to explain that the companies are different i decided to just leave. Stephanie walks away throwing her hands in the air and replies, “ if you don’t like the service here feel free to find somewhere else. “ i love Dr. Love but the practice manager let me know he does not run this place, “ this is her practice and i could leave.” I asked her to stop talking to me and she continued to reiterate this is her office and she runs it. I felt as though I was being bated into an altercation. This is the most disgusting display of an “practice manager”. I will be sure to let everyone know to be cautious when attending the office of Stephanie- practice manager. Sorry Dr. Love but she is a bad reflection of what I know your practice...
