I wish I could say zero . I just called this location where I order all the time ! This past Monday I oreded food totaling up to $30 and a added tip. I never received the pizza, it was ordered before 9 pm and I started calling the location at 1000pm from my night out with a long lost friend of over 25 years that I couldn't enjoy because I called this location over 15 times, while my children waited at home for this food. Which I was placed on hold each time. Someone picked up the phone at 1055 and kept me on hold until they closed ..they claimed they were checking with the driver. Fast forward to 10 min ago (FYI I have been calling this location every day periodically to get a refund and complain) the manager picked up the phone ..immediately got aggressive when I tried to tell her that yall never dropped my pizza off .. she immediately got combative and said "there's no yall !! I'm thr general manager and the only female here" ..which leads to believe she's the one that put me on hold Monday night she started raising her voice telling me it's not her problem and was just rude never let me speak and said I need the card ending in... she never aske dmy name or anything which means she was aware of it!!! Read moreEDIT: I’ve spoken with the actual I hope) store manager and learned that the encounter I had were from employees of another store. I’m going to try ordering from here again eventually. Hopefully the explanation I received is true and I never have this experience again. I’ve never had it previously and was definitely in shock last night. We will see and I will up this review.

I didn’t even want to give ONE star😭 The employees at this location HAD to have been pulled from the lowest rank of applicants! No professionalism and just simply ignorant. If I ask you to fix my order, then you get an attitude like you OWN the place (meanwhile probably never owned anything in your life & this is clearly why), consistently hang up in my face as I try to confirm that my order has been canceled, put me on hold numerous times, and STILL SEND A DRIVER TO MY HOUSE WITH FOOD THAT I CLEARLY SAID I DON’T WANT, ignoring the fact that my note to driver states I have a dog outside and then the driver sees the dog, SEE THE BEWARE OF DOG SIGN AND ONLY WHEN MY DOG GOES OFF THE PORCH BARKING (leashed of course) ONLY then do you understand to leave my property. Read moreUpdate: I believe her name is Ms. April, the day time manager. She was very apologetic. Replaced the food with a quick, hot, and accurate delivery within minutes after I reached out to her. She expressed that the gentleman was fired and I wasn't the only one victimized that evening. She offered to refund me and I refused since my bank was in the process of doing so. Very much appreciated it.
My order was wrong. Completely wrong. But before that, the tracker was indicating things that were not happening such as my is delivered, in the oven etc. To make matters worse the dough was uncooked and when I called I was promised a replacement, lied to for hours until closing and never received what I paid for. Never redelivered. Finally the next day the morning manager fixed my order and had it redeliver but now I'm seeing that I was over charged my original amount by $7 . This is outrageous instead I should be getting a free drink or something. They gave the worse customer service and then did a dishonest act by adding a tip of $7.
