Wing House — Restaurant in Atlanta

So, we stopped at the gas station,and saw the restaurantnext to it. I said to my husband, " lets try it" . My husband and I walk in, nobody's at the counter, just one poor soul waiting on their food. About two minutes later, a lady comes from the back like she’s already tired of everyone’s nonsense and hits us with, “What you want?”

Okay then! I place my order, trying to stay polite, but every question she asks sounds like I personally ruined her whole day. I’m thinking, ma’am, I just want an egg roll, not an argument.

We get our food, head to the car, and I’m excited to try this new Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll on the menu. First bite and tell me why it tasted like a regular egg roll. No cheese, no steak, no nothing.

So I walk back in, show her the egg roll, and ask nicely, “Didn’t I order the Philly Cheesesteak?” She says yes. I tell her it doesn’t taste like one, I ahow her the end i had takrn a bite, she snatches the other half, rips it open, she looks at it for a while and never says to me that it is. She storms to the back. Next thing I hear is them arguing over my egg roll saying it is and it's not

She comes back out with a tray of raw egg rolls labeled “steak” and goes, “See, it’s Philly Cheesesteak.” she opens it up and spreads the inner contrnt around saying this what you have, label says steak, its very little steak. I ask, “Where’s the cheese and peppers?” She says, “It got a little cheese. Not the kind that pulls,” and starts miming stretchy cheese in the air. I just said, “Oh” because, what do you even say after that? 😂

Then she just stands there at the register, silent. I ask if they’re making me another one and she snaps, “What you want?” I said a eggroll, what types do you have, shrimp, chicken? She says " we only have pork", so I tell her I’ll take a regular pork egg roll instead. She rolls her eyes, goes to the back . I can here her yelling to the cook she wants the pork eggroll.

When she comes back, I tell her straight up, “You have a bad attitude and terrible customer service.” She just looks down and sits like she’s clocked out emotionally. I say, “I don’t like bad customer serviegg roll. Never looks at me. The bag is brought to her and she hands the bag across the counter like, here, take your peace offering.

As I’m leaving, I tell her, “I hope your day and your attitude gets better.” The food? Honestly, not bad. The attitude? 10 out of 10 for terrible.

The food was pretty good the very first time I ever went, and every time after that it has not been the same , it’s almost like they make food perfectly for first time customers then after they see you come back a couple of times they begin to slack, this is the most unprofessional place ever when it comes down to customer service, they absolutely don’t know how to conduct proper etiquette. I will not spend money here anymore because they rather tell the customer “we aren’t going to waste our food , it’s not our fault you don’t like it , I guess that’s just money down the drain for you, either eat it or don’t”. Don’t eat here because you won’t like it EVERY TIME and when you don’t they won’t do anything to accommodate, no remakes or anything so it’s not worth it for me because I don’t know what I’m getting until I’ve already paid for it and my money has been put into the drawer, for a response from a business like “it’s...

1st the customer service is horrible. Should have turned around then. The woman didn't greet me was yelling at me when she talked and had walked away aggravated cause I asked do they have diet drinks. I ordered 2pc fish and fries. When I ate a bite or two it smelled funny. I was like is this fish spoiled? Since I had to question the food I threw it away. Been burping smell like rotting eggs. Now it's 4:10 a.m. and im sitting on the toilet fighting for my life. Stomach messed up. I've taken meds and now this has to run it's course. People never eat here. I seen all the warning signs and still ate here. This establishment would get a negative -10 rating. I may report them. Please save yourself and don't eat here. Horrible!!! They are selling...
