I just don't understand why this place has such bad service 😕. It's close by, so I've given them a few chances. This last visit was it for me. They completely butchered my order. I told the manager that my drink was made incorrectly, and the flavor I asked for is not in here. He decides to challenge me and tells me that he did put the flavor in there, and "I needed to mix it up" 🤯. I repeated. " Sir, I ordered two of the same drink. One of them didn't have the flavor I requested. He proceeds to tell me that he put the flavor into the drink. " I don't taste it, and if you could do whatever you have to do to make this taste the way it's supposed to, I would greatly appreciate it. With an obvious attitude, he takes my drink and does whatever to it and gives it back to me in a manner where the drink almost knocks over. On top of that, the drink tasted the same. I politely said thanks and as I checked the rest of my order. My bacon was burnt they didn't give me my lemon loaf and the put cheese on my sandwich when I said no cheese. I was through. Read moreA few months ago, I placed a cake order for one of my coworkers. I placed the order days in advance but when I went to pick it up the cake was nowhere to be found. Instead of picking up the cake at the scheduled time, we had to wait hours for someone to pick up the cake 30 minutes away from the original location and drop it off to me. When we got the cake, it did not even look like the picture on the website and the instructions we added were barely followed. As a result of this massive issue the Above Restaurant Leader, Shaheryar Kahn promised us that the next cake we ordered would be paid for and there would be no cost, he told us to reach out to him directly. Last week we contacted him and asked him if we could place an order for the cake and he told us he would get back to us with an answer by the end of the day. When we followed up on the cake, he completely ignored every message and had his read receipts on. The owner is either really cheap and doesn’t care enough about his employees to get a POS system that allows tipping…
Or he just does not care at all about the people that work for him!
I own my own small business and literally my favorite thing to do is pay my guys!!!
I tell the customers if they want to tip don’t worry about me just look out for my guys and that gets me more pumped up than anything!!!
Being able to pay my guys on time and we’ll is one of the greatest feelings in the world!
For them to get tipped on top is beyond cool as well!!!
So for an owner to slow pay the people that do work for them or even worse get such a cheap POS(computer) System that it does not allowing tipping in an industry that thrives off tips blows my mind.
I wish I had two extra hands so I could give this owner 4 thumbs down!
Folks if y’all decide to eat here please bring cash to tip the kind people that work here.
