I guess since McDonald's makes so much money the importance of customer service and quality food doesn't matter. I waited 20 min for a curbside order that I ended up having to go through drive through and wait for....then got my food fries were cold so I came back around to get more fries and I dont know if they were trying to be funny but they weren't fresh either. Then got home and my burger that was suppose to have no ketchup on seemed to have extra ketchup. This is not my first time at this location I live down the street and not the only time I have a had an issue but I was just throwed this time. It was like they told me my time and money is not valuable. And should I ask for napkins?? Because I NEVER get any 🤦🏽♀️
UPDATE** So I decided to give them a second chance, worst mistake!! I made a mobile order and selected curbside service. The app said only take around 5 minutes to receive. I waited from 5:37-6:04 pm when I decided to go through drive thru. I was told to come inside which I advise my whole purpose for order curbside was so I didn't have to come inside and was told "I don't know what to tell you" The manager came to the window I explained to her that I wanted either my food or a refund. I was advised she could not give me a refund so I asked for my food. She asked me what I ordered and I pulled up my receipt in my email she got smart saying she couldn't see the order I told her it was inconvenient that I had to wait and now have to repeat my order. she slammed the drive thru window saying obscenities. I drove off without my money or my food. Called McDonalds from the app and was told I would have to wait for a manager from the store to call me in regards to my refund. So now I am left to wait for a call from a store who I have no faith in or I would have to dispute it with my bank. I feel like my last $10 didn't matter & wrong for wanting the service I paid for. I just want my money back & better coaching and training for the employees & managers there I don't want anyone else to experience what I did today. The lack of empathy, service or a resolution just makes frustrated. I then received a call from the customer service for this McDonalds in which there still was not a resolution. The only thing I was told was to file a dispute with my bank (which I have to wait for it to be processed) and an apology lol. They didn't wait to take my money. I didn't get my food or my money. I know its only $9 but its MY $9. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this location. They are unprofessional rude and inconsiderate. They get worse every time. I will just be sure to keep away from McDonalds from here on out. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The employees and managers there should not work there. If you don't like your job find another one customer service is not for everyone. I wish I could have recorded the whole thing but If I have an issue getting my money back with my bank I will make more time to file a higher complaint because I can't take such...
Read moreI realize this is a McDonalds, so the expectation isn’t high, but these guys bring things to a new low. I went there about 9pm on a Friday, after getting back from a flight. There was only 1 person in front of me, and nobody behind me. I order a McChicken and a coke. The girl tells me they are out of all drinks, except fruit punch. So, I get the fruit punch
I pull up to the first window, and hand the girl a $5 bill. She closes the window, uses the register, and then stands there staring at the register and the money. After a couple minutes pass, she opens the window, hands me the change, and as I say “thank you”... she shuts the window, without a word spoken.
So, I pull up to the next window, and the girl opens the window, and yells out, “wa chu git?” And I said, a McChicken and a fruit punch. Now, mind you... I am the only car in the line... the only order. She comes back and hands me the drink, while she is yelling back to someone about a McChicken. Finally, she comes back with the bag, hands it to me.... and shuts the window as I am saying “thank you”... not a word from her.
So, I drive off, and I take a sip of the “fruit punch”, which is a slightly pick tinted water, with no fruit juice taste. I realize this is a $1 drink from McDonalds... but it’s still essentially fraud :)
Onto the McSomething. I open the wrapper and find this hastily thrown together thing, with the special sauce all over the place, except for where it should be, in the sand which. And now, it is also all over my hands, which is unfortunate, as they didn’t bother to give any napkins. So, finally, I take a bite, and it is what can only be described as a hard shell, around a piece of rubber. I literally had to reach into my mouth to pull out a piece that was so hard, I thought I’d chip a tooth. Horrid.
I go to McDonalds on rare occasions, because I know I can quickly get a consistent product.... consistently mediocre at best, but consistent. This was not...
Read moreThe only reason why I'm giving this 5 stars is so you'll see my experience at the top, this place is a complete joke. Absolutely Not kid friendly at all once you get past all the homeless people and pass the strong smell of weed in the parking lot you've completed the first task obstacle. Don't order online/ the app and expect the order to be ready once you arrive. Manager finally found my order after 10 minutes of discussion the problems of my food Not being ready to tell everyone that I had a small order would be funny. I picked up over $50 worth of food for everyone that I work with. Then to top it all off the mcdonald's employee who was managing the drive through was cussing out a customer over the head set using very profound language. F you I don't give a F if your kids are in the car F you and some more profound language. All the manager done was tell her to cut it out and to stop. Nothing about your going home, your written up, or your fired, simply nothing to take controlof the situation. She looked back at me and found my online order and started to give me my food. Finally after 20 minutes I was on my way, one of the other employees helped me carry my order to my car and after words I asked her how often do y'all cuss out customer's. She simply looked back and said not often. That's still too often especially if you bring your family to this place. I know this restaurant isn't at a prime safe location, its in the hood but I expect way more self control, discipline, and professionalism out of mcdonald's employees. Not to hear someone getting cussed out throughout the whole dining room. What if kids where in their can you imagine the questions they'd asked. Once you...
