The ordering procedure was good at the drive thru. Paying at the window was very courteous however, the young man at the pick up window is entirely another story.
His uniform was not cared for. His hair was not cared for as though he simply grabbed clothes from the basket, put them on and jumped on his ride.
He was being scolded in front of us by the customer in front for trying to give them a chocolate shake and burger.
We pulled up and he asked the same, and said no here's our recipe. The young man acted as though he was smoking weed. He was totally gitty, chatty with us concerning people in the front of us. We smiled with him and continued to wait.
The cook completed our order but the young man had not remembered receiving our receipt as evidence of our order. So when we asked for it back he said we had not given it to him.
At that moment my son and I said yes we did so he went to the cook to ask if he had our receipt and the cook handed it to us.
Returning to our family home who we are visiting. We unwrapped our sandwiches noticing the size, quality, and appearance of our food!
The chicken sandwiches vary in size and appearance, cooked to dry/over cooked overall appearance was ok but it had been cooked too long ahead of selling.
My sandwich was the signature sandwich for all McDonald's all over. First I noticed how dry and hard the meat looked, sandwich barely hanging on to the bun, and couldn't see any condiments on it until I took it a part to reposition it.
I noticed a very small amount of sauce on my Big Mack. I'd started back to ordering them and visiting Mickey D's just last week after years away. In Montgomery the same order was delicious enough to make us try them in ATL.
Under bun top a teaspoon of special sauce with chopped lettuce. Nothing between the bun and meat on the middle bun as it is made. Next meat nothing above or beneath.
We have meat that has been on the line too long, terribly dried out with out enough condiments on the sandwich to help moisten the sandwich in your mouth for chewing after the sandwich had to be reorganized on the buns.
The French fries were great, fresh, tasty, none greasy! The frozen cherry drink syrup had been watered down tasting like it had been mixed by a person and not mixed as a premixed syrup.
I only know when I made it to the bottom it was red and no taste. Management was just keeping the place open and allowing the preparers to throw food together.
I feared for our safety because we'd only on the 3rd suffered food poisoning at Captain D's...
Read moreI wish I could give this McDonald’s zero stars. Walking in was already a bad idea. The managers and team were completely disrespectful, cursing loudly and being verbally abusive right in front of customers. I wish I had the camera footage from 3:25am-3:54am They all had terrible attitudes, and a few even walked off in the middle of a shift while people were still waiting to be served.
The manager vanished. She was frustrated, yelling , she treated the boy in the window so bad and talked down on him. It didn’t make no sense. She had NO LEADERSHIP or control of the shift. Extremely verbally abusive. She didn’t think to help him because he may have been slower, but there was no teamwork, no accountability, and no cohesiveness.
The restaurant itself was disgusting—dirty floors, ice buckets thrown on the ground, mop buckets with dirty water at the front where they serving food, trash everywhere. The whole shift was pure chaos, nothing but mess and drama. To make things worse, I watched them hand out free food and drinks to their friends, yet I’m still sitting in the lobby waiting for my order. I spent the better end of an hour in that restaurant. The cashier literally called her friends on the phone while I was ordering and made me wait. Then instead of letting me finish ordering just choose to interact with guest about what her friend was saying on the phone.
No one ever apologized. You could literally see the cashier try to argue me on camera because my whole order was wrong.
I ordered a McDouble (no pickle, no onion, well done) meal deal and a snack wrap. I received a mcchicken xtra mayo. I walk back to this McDonald’s for them to fix the order and it’s still wrong a second time!
This is by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, unsanitary, and flat-out disrespectful. Corporate needs to step in immediately, because this location is out of control. I could come run a better shift than that...
Read moreI ordered a double Big Mac with estra sauce, But Instead they gave me a Single Big Mac with no Sauce. The food was returned to the location of metropolitan park way. Inside there was only two customers waiting for food that was already served. It took 15 to 20 minutes before manager Ask how can I help you. I have explained the situation and gave the manager my receipt. The manager looked at the contents of the food in the Bag and walk away. I did not receive an apology from the manager. It took fifteen minutes to receive the remake of the food from an employee, The remake I'll receive was the same food I returned. Instead of making it all over again , they only added meat to the cold food that was returned with cold french fries. I asked to speak with the manager again with no response.... I'm not looking for someone to get fired. But need more training about their job. I will never stop at that...
