I’ve given them so many chances….and they never fail to disappoint. This is our assigned store for delivery. Last week we had a delivery driver who refused to do contactless delivery, bc he didn’t want to get out of his car. We live in a very nice high rise building in Buckhead. I gave specific directions, as always, for delivery. Pull into parking garage, go to leasing office entrance, and there is a 24/7 concierge. The driver refused to get out bc he said he didn’t want to get “booted”. So, even though that was not even a possibility if he had parked in a delivery / pickup spot RIGHT BY THE DOOR I TOLD HIM TO GO TO…..he refused. We finally got our pizza. It was cold as cold gets. So, this evening a week later, I gave them yet another chance. Not only did they forget the extra garlic sauce, THAT I PAID FOR , the driver still couldn’t follow simple directions. I have had every kind of delivery imaginable to my apartment here. Papa Johns is the only one who has drivers that can’t follow simple instructions. So, after myself and my fiancé searched the parking garage 1st floor and outside the building, 20 min later we had our COLD pizza missing items we paid for. Read moreOct. 21, 2022 | 9 p.m.: I enter this Papa John's at 4285 Roswell Road, Atlanta, and an employee persists with berating another employee. Despite the presence of the customer (me), the berating continues. Even after I explained its wrongness, the berating continues.
The employee being berated by his co-worker is humiliated in front of me and in front of his co-workers. This destroys the employee and the atmosphere.
Note: Kindly correct and train employees, in privacy, in a way that dignifies them. Never berate them, especially it front of other people.
While the good treatment of people outweighs any good food, the food does deserve recognition. Generally, Papa John's pizza is excellent. And I appreciate the informative box copy and graphics. I look forward to awarding PJ a five-star in the future....

We will never be using this Papa John's again and take our business somewhere more consistent and respectful. The customer service is shoddy at best and we've given them more than enough opportunity to better themselves. This last time they were so lazy they didn't even read the name of our business (roadrunner sports in big bold letters) and canceled our order without a call or an email and when we called to find out they were rude. So try any of the other pizza joints...
