Wing Factory — Restaurant in Atlanta

It's been a while since I've reviewed a place. First because I rarely spend over 25 on food and get disappointed and I try not to be too hard on these Atl spots because my standard of eating is just higher than what many can offer but this was pitiful. Let's begin shall we.

I ordered honey hot and honey BBQ wings. The honey hot wings had barely any sauce on them and the sauce that was on them was only hot. Absolutely no honey and that for me ruined it. Couldn't even get past 5 because I don't like just plain hot wings. The honey BBQ wings were OK but barely had sauce too. Just crazy, looked transparent. They taste like BBQ wings from American deli (save the money and go to American deli). The chicken was rubbery, very low quality, but they were a decent size. If you're into quality chicken wings this is not it! For the price you pay I feel they shouldn't be the best but definitely better than what I got. Pathetic! The "Cajun" fries not only over priced (five dollars for a small box) but they got soggy within 5 min and I mean from when I left the shop omw home. The Cajun seaonsing I swear to you taste as if you are eating a pack of uncooked noodles that those poor college kids eat. I forget the name. That's what you will first think of when you eat them and I'm willing to bet my soul on it! The celery and carrots was absolutely great. I loved them and the ranch was so thick and yummy. Definitely the highlight. Now, on the that damn salad. God forbid you let them fool you into thinking that turkey was boars head. I only get my turkey fresh cut from a deli and it's only boars head. That turkey was without a doubt private selection. I put one bit of it in mouth and I puked in my mouth. The ham(I don't eat ham and asked for it not to be on there but it is) I chewed it just to taste the flavor and Idk how ham is supposed to taste but it was sweet and actually pretty darn good. After spitting that out, i than got my own boars head turkey and took out the meat they had it and guess what! They even had bacon in there that I said to leave out so I didn't get to taste the salad so I can't speak on it :). Overall I paid 60 dollars, this was beyond a dissappintment. In terms of chicken wings, this is the worse wings and 3rd worse fries I've had in my LIFE. I do not recommend this place. I tried to skip out on my go to place to save some money but now I see why she charges so much haha. Never again man, never again. Feel free to try but it will be a very low quality experience if you're used to eating high quality food when you choose to spend over 25...

Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences when ordering from this place today from the tone of the person who took my order to the food quality. I ordered 36 wings half teriyaki/half lemon pepper to be delivered. The lemon pepper was so salty it was unbearable to eat. Even the kids were complaining about it. I called back and the girl who answered the phone told me she had to "get some information" from me before I could speak with a manager. She then tried to proceed with telling me why the l.p. wings were as salty as they were. I told her I know what the wings should taste like because I have been ordering from them for the past 3 years. But this will be my last. She put me on hold to get the manager and she offered to give me a credit or bring another half of teriyaki out to me. I told her that we would prefer the latter because at this point 4 people are sharing a total of 18 wings. She then said it would take another 45 mins to 1hr and they would "get to me when they can". The new batch arrives and the wings are nothing like my original order. We could tell there was a rush job done with cooking them because they were not crispy as I specified in my original order and we got blue cheese dressing in which no one in our household eats...ranch was my original order. I will be reaching out to the regional managers about this...

I went in to order a lunch special that I’ve gotten before and enjoyed. I was initially told the order couldn’t be placed online but had to be done in person, which was fine. I’ve done this twice before, ordered in person, and taken my food to go during my lunch break without any issues.

However, when I tried to order again, a lady told me I wasn’t allowed to take the food out of the building. This made no sense. I asked to speak to the owner, who came over and explained that the lunch special is meant to attract dine-in customers. I explained that, being on a lunch break, I didn’t have time to dine in. Instead of showing any hospitality or trying to accommodate my situation, the owner just stuck to the policy and sent me away with no food.

I ended up going somewhere else with better service and more understanding of customer needs. This experience was horrible, and I will not be returning. If you’re looking for poor service and a lack of consideration for customers, this is the place to go. Otherwise, take your...
