Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Atlanta

I will never order from this particular Papa John's again. I placed my order and after the first hour, I called to check on the status of my order, I was told it was on its way. After two hours had passed, I attempted to call again to cancel my order and receive a refund. Well after being placed on hold for twenty minutes twice, I was able to have my money refunded to my account after being told it was my fault the pizza was not delivered by my joyous delivery driver (insert sarcasm here). So, I have compiled a list of things I would do before ordering a pizza from here.

Enjoy a nice cold glass of Mexican tap water. Take a questionable aspirin offered by Bill Cosby. Share an elevator with Ray Rice. Re-elect Jimmy Carter for President. Defecate into my hands and clap to the musical melodies of "Grease". Go down a slide of razorblades into a pool of alcohol and lemons. Take moral advice from Ray Lewis Take tax advice from Wesley Snipes (He went to prison for Tax Evasion). Allow Casey Anthony to babysit my hypothetical children. Listen to a man being violated by another who is attempting to pass a kidney stone.

Bonus Watch the movie " Battlefield Earth " starring no other than John Travolta and Barry Pepper and tell everyone it was a great movie.

I will never get the two hours back I wasted waiting for my pizza or the time it took me to write these...

I ordered cheese sticks for my girlfriend through your Papa John's app, of which were supposed to be recovered from this store. I noticed my phone ringing and upon answering no one was on the other end. I went outside, and subsequently ran both ways up the street looking for the driver, all the while re-dialing the number of the call which my phone had just apparently not connected to. After these attempts failed, I realized that my phone had registered a Papa Johns notification indicating my order was delivered, of which it never was. In general, this has been an exceptionally disappointing experience. Ordinarily I hate to complain about anything (this may be my first negative review for anything), but the flagrant act of a large, US based company claiming something which was simply not true, (a delivery which never took place) that drove me to where I am now. I will not be ordering from you in the future, but please be careful when people...

If I could give it a 0 I would!!!! My pizza was scheduled to arrive at 3:30, I ordered it at 2:05. It's Friday so OK, an hour and a half for a pizza pretty standard for a Friday NIGHT not at 2:05 in the afternoon! Anyway, the pizza got here at 4:36, an hour late!!!! Pizza, NOT what I ordered and of course ICE COLD! Called the store to let them know....attitude and excuses started immediately! "I just got here so I don't know anything" excuse. I asked for the number for the owner, put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told that it is a corporate store and that is who I should be calling. I cannot believe that corporate hasn't read these reviews and sent someone over there to find out why the have a 2.7 rating with the complaint always being the same......pizza arrived late and cold! C'mon Papa John's corporate.....someone should be here looking at this! ...
