I learned of this place when a local coffee shop used to sell their burritos on Saturdays. I would go religiously for these huge, delicious breakfast burritos but then they stopped the collab and thus my burrito obsession ended.

Kinda forgot about this until I saw the OG restaurant while driving through Decatur. I turned around so fast!

Cute little shop, emphasis on little, making food with BIG flavor. I kinda blacked out and ordered a lot of food, then had to change my whole morning around to go back home and drop off the delicious loot. 😂

Literally everything I had was great. Bought a variety of ready-to-eat, fridge, and freezer food. Definitely recommend the chipotle chicken salad. Get a couple more burritos for later. Nothing disappointed. Everything was 10/10. No notes.

They have a rotating menu so I must go often now that I found them, obviously. 😅...

It’s 2am and I can’t sleep and all I have on the brain is…why haven’t I left a review for Poco Loco yet? I’ve been eating here for the last year, pretty much every other week if not once a week. I look forward to menu release days on Wednesdays like it’s Christmas morning. I love that the menu rotates and that there’s always a meat option and a veggie option. I have yet to try a burrito from Poco that I didn’t like, and their salsas are always spectacular (but the fried tomato salsa is my personal favorite). I tell anyone I can about this place, and after taking my mom for the first time a few weeks ago, she now begs me to bring her a Poco burrito every time I go home to visit her. The owner is super nice, and I wish nothing but endless successful days...

This place far exceeded my expectations. I've had friends tell me about certain mexican-style restaurants in the area and how much they loved them. I grew up in Texas and a lot of these places have been pretty mid. Poco Loco though.... POCO LOCO THOUGH. Gosh dang.

I didn't want the beef taco option so I opted for the veggie tacos. Many restaurants don't do vegetarian right, but I was floored by these three roasted broccoli tacos. Bursting with flavor. Crunchy, tangy, slightly spicy.... This time my friends were right. I got some jerk chicken and the chicken salad to go, and Poco Loco just DOESN'T miss. They have no right being this good. I would venture to say... better than a lot of tacos I've...

Servers were a bit passive aggressive. I had asked for a printed receipt. I'll admit i didn't see the various signs saying that they don't have a printer for one. But the response was unessecary. He began to very condescendingly point at the signs. I did apologize for that and he again was condescending in his response saying "we ran out of spots to put the signs". I dont feel that I was being rude but it just bums me out that this was how he responded. The food was alright but I won't be returning to this spot. I normally do not give local restaurants low ratings but this was earned for sure. Attached is my receipt that they so graciously gave to me.

Just wanted to stop by and check out the hype…. The hype is real :) Shoutout to Nick, and this wonderful hole in the wall. From the first bite I felt like I was back in Mexico. Nick, the owner, is such a warm soul. You can tell he really cares about people, service, and quality. In a city of such piss-poor customer service, this place warms my heart!! The breakfast burritos are to die for, and the chimichurri is some of the best I’ve ever had. It brought tears to my eyes. The ambiance is that of a shack on the coast of playa del Carmen, right off of College Ave in Decatur. 13/10 I recommend this place to anyone who values quality over quantity.

This is hands down the best breakfast burrito I’ve had in a long time—definitely has that West Coast vibe. The burrito was wrapped in a homemade tortilla, and while it was a bit greasy, it was clear that it came from being cooked on a flat top. I love that there’s no customizing the burritos. You just get what’s on the menu—no long lines of people asking for special orders. But once the secret gets out, that’ll probably change, so grab a burrito while you can—maybe even get two, one for breakfast and one for dinner. And definitely pick up some extra tortillas for later!
