Just had a bad experience with them and doordash. Ordered a sandwich, 3 cookies and chips. Doordash driver came with sandwich only. He said that's all they gave him and I said what should I do? He stared at me for 5 minutes in silence so I said should I call them? He said yeah just call them. I called and of course no answer. So I drive up there after paying doordash delivery fees and tip to the driver ugh. They were closing and before I could even get out of the car the guy who was inside was waving me away. I proceeded to walk to the door because of course I just drove all the way up there and told him what I was missing and he said the doordash driver just came and left with the missing items. I looked and saw his car and he was going in a different direction from my home so I was like please just give me my items I paid for I have driven all the way up here. So he asked this high school girl that worked with him and she refused to give them to me and told me to call the doordash driver. I called him and he said he got my missing items but she only gave him 2 cookies instead of three and after he makes another delivery he will bring them to me. I went back to the door and showed them my order and told her that he said he only has 2 cookies and she swore that she gave him 3 so someone was lying. Just disappointed that they couldn't just have good customer service and give me what I drove all the way up there for as if the food were coming from their personal refrigerator. On top of that I had already paid the service and delivery fees and a tip to the driver and got bad customer service from all parties involved and of course am still waiting on the driver with my 2 not 3 cookies and chips. Read morePlaced an online order in the Subway app the night of the 28th, I accidentally placed it at this location in stead of Pryor. Big Mistake, upon arrival front door was locked (why did I even have to pull on the door when a worker was sitting right at the front table). Employee came out and said they didn’t have bread to make a sandwich .. bread? Not even a wrap? No! Was my phone number not on the order or if you received the order you could’ve cancelled it? Not sure how subway complete this process, but working at plenty of fast food at a younger age I know the ropes of what can be done for customers in stores so that was just BS! Now you see why I said big mistake, oh that’s not all! Me and my daughter had placed two separate orders on the app so her order was incomplete as well. Employee told me they’re not able to do a refund in store it’ll need to be completed on app (yes I asked for a MOD but of course they don’t have those for closing shifts, who counts down the draws and complete the daily work for the end of the shift?), I asked how to I complete a refund online and the employee wasn’t able to assist of course lol. I contacted mobile customer service I think and was reached out by a manager named Macalous Esters & was told “I will investigate, if the request meets the restaurant refund policy I will send a confirmation.” This email was received on the 29th at 8:50PM, today is 31st at 4:21, maybe if I write here I will be assisted more swiftly so I can take my services back to the correct location where you can receive what you paid for … your food| Owner of the establishment may want to come down and review cameras and see what actually is going on with this place OR just don’t take online orders at all so people know who’s making there food and see the place it’s coming out of cause the whole experience here was a straight up ZERO| Time & date...

I only returned yesterday because my parents wanted food from here. Unfortunately nothing has changed. I definitely placed an order through the Subway's app and paid for my food items before coming here to pick up my order. When I got there, the young ladies acted like they knew nothing of my order and told me that they didn't see my name. I showed them on the app where Subway charged me and they said that they needed to have a receipt in order to move forward with making the order. I find that utterly ridiculous. Besides that, they were not going to make my sandwich anyway because they told me as soon as I walked in the door that the gentleman that was in front of me was the last person that they were serving (although it was not even closed and the least that they could have done was service me due to my inconvenience). I asked one of the ladies to confirm the specific store number, she played dumb like she didn't want to help me. The other one confirmed the number for me, but stated again that I would have to call Subway to get everything fixed while walking around with an attitude. None of them provided me a corporate number when I asked for it. I guess the ladies are known for making food slow because one of the guys in the line told me that they were slow. Nothing like this should happen to anyone. I rate this location an absolute 0 in professionalism, tact, integrity, and ethics. These reviews are full of 1 star ratings for a reason.
