This will be long but read it all! I have been to this place a couple of times and the wings are pretty good. Not any better or worse than a lot of the wing places around here. I called to place an order for 120 wings. When I called to place the order I asked how long it would take to fulfill and was told 20-30 minutes. Since I was calling an hour in advance I asked if I needed to call back 30 minutes prior to when I needed them and was told no. I proceeded with my order and was told they would be ready at the time I needed them. When it was time to leave I couldn't find my keys to the point that I was late picking up the wings. They called to make sure I was still coming and I responded yes that I was looking for my keys but lived around the corner. She said okay and that they were just checking. I finally found my keys and went to pick them up. I arrived, paid and was told they were coming right up...10 minutes and 2 other angry customers later I still had no wings. I asked where they were and was once again told they would be right up...another 15 minutes later and I still had no wings. Already running late and frustrated that I ordered these well in advance expecting them to be ready when I arrived I asked for a 3rd time where they were. She went to the back and checked and told me it would be 1 more minute. When the man fulfilling orders (while being rude to everyone I might add) came up with my order he started to go through the boxes and I said sir I'm not as concerned about what's in these boxes as why they weren't ready when I arrived. Now any answer such as "so sorry we're quite busy today unexpectedly" or "Since you were late we held your order and remade it" or anything like that would have been an acceptable response. NOT "well you were late and we're busy can't you see that!" I understood that I was late and was fully prepared to pick up cold wings as I was headed to a party and had the warmers already ready for the wings. But getting there and waiting another 30 minutes for an order I placed 1.5 hours prior to me arriving is absolutely unacceptable not to mention the rude manner in which I was treated on top of that. I will never return to this place. Too many other good...

(1/6/24) UPDATE: 2 stars to 1 Star!
Ugly customer service from both the lady with the bowl cut & the older father who has been there for years… Cancelled my call in order after waiting 10-15 minutes over the time they told me my food would be ready & argued & yelled at me about it.
Told them I have been a customer since I was in HS & it didn’t phase them… Sad, the father used to be a sweet man & we would greet each other but his attitude & customer service today was PISS POOR!
Can’t support a business like this with such bad customer service & disregard for long term loyal customers.
Food is still good, but prices are up there! If you don’t care about your time for a Pick-Up Order then this place is up your alley.
(2/4/22) UPDATE: 3 stars to 2 Stars.
This establishment is a hit or a miss as far as ordering ahead goes. Most of the time, my food is not ready in the time they say to show up.
Most of the food is good. The fried catfish & tilapia are great, the shrimp fried rice is solid & the hot lemon pepper/honey hot wings are the best thing going.
Service can be slow in the evening..
I want this place to flourish, but they’ve raised their prices 2-3 times in the past year & a half. Definitely used to be the best wing spot in ATL by far FOR TASTE AND VALUE, but now,...
Read moreI love this place. Great hot wings best prices and if you want to sit there and eat you have options to do that. Also the bathrooms are very clean and that's a huge plus especially in the inner City. The husband and wife are always really nice and even the desserts are good I've had this sweet potato pie and the red velvet cake a couple of times. Not the best and forever but definitely pretty good to finish off a meal. The drinks are consistent and not too too sweet and overall I think this is a good place to go when you're visiting Atlanta and you want something a little different. I won't sugarcoat the area though it is in transition, but definitely not a...
