This was our first visit to "The Flying Biscuit" and it surely won't be our last. We ordered the Salmon Scramble and The Shrimp and Grits with a side of Bacon. The salmon normally comes with a dill cream cheese but I opted out of that and added cheddar. It was absolutely delicious. And the Shrimp and grit normally has a tomato sauce but we asked them to put that on the side. The Grits were creamy and flavorful. Seasoned just perfectly we didn't need to add anything to it. The Shrimp were a great sized and seasoned with a little bit of Cajun spice to complement the dish. And it wasn't overcooked. The Biscuit had a little crust around the edges but was soft and fluffy. But what made that Biscuit perfection besides was the Apple Cinnamon Jam. I'm almost positive it was made from scratch which is almost a sure-fire way to steal my heart. We also ordered the Peaches and Cream Biscuit to go. We haven't tried it yet but if the Peach are fresh and the Raspberry Sauce is made from scratch like the apple jam I'm sure it's a win. We almost forgot to mention the service. Our server was a young lady who was knowledgeable of the menu, ensured she let us know of the items in the dishes we had chosen, was attentive to details and was not overbearing during our dining experience but ensured we were taken care of. She was friendly and provided us with personable service. Without a shadow of doubt will be back and plan to take a few friends with us. We Highly recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at The Flying Biscuit in Atlanta! The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded expectations. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken and Waffles, and it was incredible — crispy, juicy chicken with just the right amount of heat and sweetness, paired perfectly with fluffy waffles. My wife had the Biscuits and Gravy along with the French Toast, and she loved every bite. The biscuits were soft and buttery, and the gravy was rich and flavorful, while the French toast was perfectly cooked with a nice balance of sweetness. It’s the kind of food that makes you want to come back just to try more of the menu. As great as the food was, what really made the visit stand out was the service. Our server, Gigi, was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and had such a positive energy that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. She checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s rare to find that level of service paired with such great food, but Gigi really made the experience memorable. The Flying Biscuit has a relaxed and welcoming vibe, perfect for brunch, breakfast, or a casual meal. Between the incredible food and Gigi’s top-notch service, this is easily one of my favorite spots in Atlanta now. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time coming to this pic. On Fly High Thursday, my family and I took advantage of The Flying Biscuit Café’s $5 High Flyer Breakfast deal, and it did not disappoint! Here’s what we thought of each dish. The Eggs: I had my eggs over hard, and they were cooked perfectly without being dry. My husband went with eggs over easy, and the yolks were delightfully runny, exactly how he likes them. Our son had scrambled eggs, which were fluffy. Sausage or Bacon: My husband and I both opted for the chicken sausage patties, which were juicy with a nice, savory flavor. My son chose bacon, and it was crispy and perfectly cooked, adding a nice crunch to his plate. Grits: The creamy dreamy grits were the star of the plate for all of us. Smooth, rich, and buttery, they lived up to the "dreamy" name, complementing the rest of the meal beautifully. Biscuit: The biscuits were light, fluffy, and warm, with a golden crust that practically crumbled when spread with butter. Whether with jam or plain, they were a delicious addition to the breakfast. Waffle or Pancake: My husband had the Belgian waffle, which was crisp on the outside and soft inside—just sweet enough without being too much. My son and I both chose the buttermilk pancakes, which were thick, fluffy, and soaked up syrup wonderfully.

Had a horrible experience at this location today. Our server, Monica, had an extremely unpleasant attitude throughout the two hours that we spent here unnecessarily. Monica took our drink orders nearly 3 times and each time running off before we could tell her our meal orders. After a half hour we finally put in our order, then nearly an hour later our food arrives with an extra side of sass from Monica. After we finished eating and waited nearly 20 minutes for her to swipe our cards, she began to target one of the women in our group for no reason and was yelling at her to calm down when my friend had done and said nothing wrong. After wishing Monica that her day gets better, we were headed out the door to our cars but to our surprise, Monica also followed us out of the establishment muttering unintelligible remarks under her breath.

Aside from the poor service we received, the food and drinks were also extremely subpar. I had ordered an iced coffee and an omelet, the iced coffee was extremely bitter and I found large clumps of coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup, seeming as if it had been scooped into the drink intentionally. The omelet, after an hours wait, came out cold, hard, and lacking flavor. Needless to say, I left my plate looking nearly identical to how it was brought out. Out of fear from another hours wait, I did not mention my comments on the food to Monica.

I'd like to chalk this experience as a random one time occurrence due to a bad day, but my advice would be to simply avoid this place and this server. Would...
