Kisha/Kiera whatever her name is doesnāt know what sheās doing. She acts like the damn goodrx discount is coming out of her paycheck. Fought her hardest to not give me the discount I was clearly entitled to- until I got GOODRX on the phone and they discovered that she never even entered my member number- she just kept saying it was rejected. Didnāt even try. She did the same exact thing to my boyfriend the day prior. Once she realized she was wrong, she rudely threw my meds in the bag and said āhereā. I think she was just embarrassed to be wrong in front of all those customers after the hassle she gave me instead of just doing her due diligence.
