ORDER IN PERSON ONLY!! then you can control how much/little of each ingredient you receive & potentially deter errors. Preordered 2 burritos and a side of quac, received 1 burrito, 1 bowl and the skimpiest excuse for a side of guac. the burrito received was veggie (includes free guac) the second photo indicates how far in i began this review and still no guac. Might have the tiniest bit at the end but regardless, they are supposed to flag ingredients and chances are i wonât have any guac. Both meals were ordered as light hot salsa but are WAY too spicy to enjoy. If that wasnât enough, vinaigrette was requested during pick up and only 1 was received. The workers were rude about it and for some reason seemed annoyed giving vinaigrette for non-salad orders, however there is no way to pay for vinaigrette and all toppings besides guac/queso etc. are free, why should the employees care what toppings i like on my food?
Called Customer service and they wanted to offer 2 free entrees with no upgrades (guac/gueso/drink etc.), 1 chips & guac voucher. Given what I ordered (2 entrees and a side of guac) they were really offering 1 free chips and no refund for the original order and nothing for their employeesâ behavior. NO THANKS because who knows when/if iâll want chipotle again. Requested refund instead, to use anywhere rather than just chipotle. Disappointed to say the least. this is better than other ATL locations near me so probably will have to go here but again ONLY IN PERSON. Yesterday, I placed a mobile order and arrived 15 minutes after the promised time at 1:30 PM. My order wasn't available on the shelf, which would be understandable if the restaurant were busy. However, at 1:45 PM there were 5 workers behind the counter with zero customers in line.
I asked the staff on the status on my order, and all of them acted lost and confused because they couldn't locate my order. Then they all proceeded to socialize and play on their phones. On my second attempt, one of the staff finally found my order under a mountain of receipts at the cash register.
When I received my order, there were no napkins or a fork placed in the bag. The napkin and utensil station was out of forks with water spilt everywhere. This level of service is unacceptable, especially with 5 workers behind the counter and zero customers in line.
