Had I horrible experience here. Took 2.5 hours for my food to not be delivered. Ordered online - after 75 minutes (15 minutes after estimate) called the restaurant, was told the printer did not print the order. After 25 more minutes, delivery driver could not find the house. Then after three minutes, I realized I only receive 2/3rds of my order. Asked for driver to bring me the rest of my food. 30 minutes later my food is still not here. A total of 132 minutes to not receive my food. Store offered to refund only missing item. (That refund has not posted yet, two days later). On top of that the teriyaki chicken was white, ungrilled, lacking any caramelization, and wholly unsatisfying. The sauce put on top of it was lumpy and tasteless. I want to first say that the staff is very nice and they make the togo experience pleasant and very easy! I have gotten dinner here before and had a pretty good experience and today I decided to try lunch. I have gotten the hibachi steak both times. The prices are pretty good unless you like sauce. With my lunch today I ordered an extra sauce with my lunch hibachi meal. It was 50 cents for a tiny half full cup ): and the hibachi lunch entree apparently doesn’t come with any sauce by itself. I definitely didn’t have enough sauce to really enjoy everything but I guess thats on me for assuming that the meal came with sauce like most other hibachi places I have been to.
