Wendy's — Restaurant in Atlanta

How is this place still in business? First off, I went to take my daughter for an interview that was scheduled at 4:40pm, I decided to go in and get me a frosty while I waited, the young lady at the counter was friendly, but she was having a conversation on the phone while she was taking my order. Meanwhile, I waited for my frosty that I ordered and the young lady who took my order had so much going on she forgot shot me, but she made it right. In the Meantime, I finish my frosty, go to my vehicle to wait for my daughter to interview. 10 mins pass, nothing, 20 mins pass nothing, 40 mins pass, the manager comes out to my daughter and says I will be right there after I take the trash, 20 more mins pass I told my daughter to come on were leaving. As we are leaving the same manager was outside smoking a cigarette talking to somebody else about drinking after work. That’s wild to me. The lack of professionalism was out of this world. Why don't they place the sign where it can be seen from the street?? I wouldn't waste my time driving in just to see the sign saying the dining room is closed for maintenance ON THE DOOR!! Wendy’s doesn't value my time!! I would drive on by I hate the drive through it allows people to make mistakes being in a hurry no thanks!! All the store going to tell you is how sorry they are!! I don't want to hear that periodt!! I don't want nor have a lot of stuff put on my food so waiting inside instead of the drive through period!! Nobody pays for my gas!! worst Wendy’s i ever been to & i don’t even eat Wendy’s often .. only by cravings but today at 3:40 i came to this location & they had NO CUSTOMERS .. should’ve been the first red flag ugh . We ordered 2 $5 biggie bags jr bacon cheeseburger meals . We pay at the first window & get to the second window for them to tell us the only had spicy nuggets available at the time . I get home , mind you i stay next door the nuggets are HARD AS A ROCK AND THE BURGERS HAD NO BACON , fries were stale .
