It is April 30 at 10:30 in the morning me and my four month old were stopping by for some breakfast before a busy day while in the drive-through line I pulled up the lady asked me what would I like? I told her to give me a minute I was still deciding because the breakfast menu looked amazing. Unfortunately, I was unable to place my order due to the young lady who was scheduled to work the morning shift at the drive-through window on April 30, 2025 Being very rude and impatient, it was not like I was sitting at the window for 5 to 10 minutes. It was maybe a minute and a half that I was scanning the menu before I was RUDELY yelled “ You cannot just sit there ! “ which my response then was “ I am actually looking at the menu before I order If you would give me some time “ The young lady then breathe hard like a hard side, intentionally inside of the microphone so that I can hear which I felt was extremely unprofessional and it was poor. Poor customer service, and I called out the manager on duty at the time for not coming to the microphone and putting the young lady in check & proceeding to accept my order. This location is in a nice area considering it is in the west side of Atlanta, which is a uprising community. I do think that there are so many restaurants and fast food within a 5 to 10 minute ratio from this location so do not even waste your gas to come here to be treated as if your money is not good just because somebody has poor customer service skills or because somebody is having a rough morning which is a customer is not our fault. Instead of getting a proper greeting, I received silence then a commanding “you can start your order.” After I greeter HER, I merely ordered two things a #1, just a sandwich and a number 4 combo (asked for a number #1, she asked me “ what was that?” I repeated, then she called it back to me saying “ a #1?” I confirmed. She proceeded to place a #2 on the screen, but I did not notice until after I ordered the number #4. After I noticed it, I notified her of her mistake. I was met with silence. I said “ hello?” Silence. I said it once again, and after a full MINUTE of silence, she said “hold on!” She then comes back to the speaker again after another 30 seconds of silence and tells me “ go ahead with your order” baffled, I tell her that I was already ordering and repeated her mistake to her. I also altered my order by changing the #4 to a #10. I get to the window to pay. She still doesn’t greet me, instead she mumbles my total to me. She passes the bag of food, but couldn’t decipher the food so I had to REQUEST a receipt from her. The receipt says a #1 and a #4, without honey butter sauce. I bring it up to the girl who then says that she told the cook not to add the butter sauce but the hot glaze. I make it home, my #1 turned out to be a #2. I did not eat it! The #10 turned out to be a number #4, as I thought.

Out of a $14 order only the chicken nuggets the fries and one sandwich that I had to go back through line to get with me correctly. The manager decided she wanted to argue with me about whether or not I ordered what I said, I ordered, holding her line up and displaying the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, now I have three sandwiches I did not order, and when I asked for the correct sandwich, she close the window on me. This is after I heard her tell me to go to hell. Calling corporate as soon as they open up!
