Save your money.. Or at least your credit card, they don’t take cash anymore..

Service- not even just the tip! Of 1⭐️ Pfffff what a joke.. I get better service at 3am drive through. Sad thing is.. I think this young girl was training another cashier.. We played the stare at each other game when I walked up.. We all made eye contact and yet no words were said.. I had to ask them If I could place my order after 45 seconds of watching her stare at her phone.. the response was we’re waiting on you.

Food- 1⭐️ Reheated piles of meat already cooked, Full basket of cooked fries, waiting to be refried and yet still come out cold.. I had them refry some fries since mine were cold.. They were mush after their 3rd fry.. and still sucked!

Atmosphere- 1 ⭐️ If you like hearing ppl complain while working, this spots for you.. If you like looking for a clean spot to sit and eat you cold food.. This spot is for you!

This particular spot is hit and miss lately.. this Tonight was a miss! First, let me start by saying I love Woody's however I will NEVER return to this location again. I will just make the drive to Monroe. Last night was my 4th time coming here and I vowed to only come during the day because she made my cheesesteak just the way I like it. However, at night the man that runs the grill is just horrible. The 2 times I ordered woodys steak with EXTRA cheese and every time it has been dry and with no extra cheese. Last night just confirmed that I will not keep wasting my money here. We ordered at 8:40pm and normally it does not take long at all for the food. As I'm watching others get their food before me but they were behind me, I decide to ask about my order. It's 9pm now and they were scrambling trying to figure out what happened. The man at the register finally says their ticket machine hasn't been working (somehow it worked for the customers in front and behind us) so he reprinted out our tickets. The funny thing about this is : I saw when the girl put our tickets up so I'm so confused how they were never printed all of a sudden. I believe they accidentally gave our food to someone else. It's 9:10pm, still no food. It's 9:15pm, finally get the order and again NO extra cheese!! No apologies from the staff!...
