The food is amazing but the service is absolutely horrible. The lady who answers the phone has no customer service skills at all. I hate to be that way but I wont continue to support a business that doesn't appreciate my business. It won't kill you to answer the phone with a smile and say good morning, good afternoon, thank you, our apologies we are out. I honestly can't even recall if when you answer the phone if you list the name of the business. Try imagining you're the customer perhaps or think that you may continue to loose money from people like me who enjoys great food along with great service. Hell I would take decent over just RUDE. Also it's 2020 why do you all refuse to take orders over the phone. I would be willing to prepay for my order like I do at other restaurants. But to drive to your location to be informed that everything I confirmed was there prior to arrival is now out, just fuels the deck with more bad service. That would just be considerate of your customers time. But those are my thoughts and I hope you listen to some of it. This business has been a staple in the community for so long and it pains me to write this post. I will rather Ghetto Burgers or Hattie Marie's then have great food attached with horrible...

I don’t know where to start, like many things and places in this great city of Atlanta, Wyatt’s has definitely changed and not for the better.

I wanted to give it another chance since I was on that side of town. I had it not too long ago and was disappointed in the quality, price and the service.

For starters, every side I asked for, I was told they did not have, yet it was listed on the sides menu…I was totally confused. I asked for a BBQ chicken dinner with potato salad and Mac n cheese. I was told they did not have the potato salad. Then when I said just the chicken and Mac n cheese, the lady repeated it and said in a condescending manner “So you don’t want a dinner then, you just want chicken and Mac n cheese” so then I said well let me get baked beans…and they did not have baked beans… 😒. So I paid $19 and some change for a chicken leg quarter, a large Mac n cheese and a small peach cobbler.

I was expecting a gigantic camel spider to come running out from behind the bar this place is soo old and super ragetdy. The food tastes just like it too!! The plates are too high for how the place looks! For one, I can't figure out why they won't remodel! For two, inside the place has tape all over everything! It's unorganized and cramped to the max! And please DON'T STAND OVER THE TAPED PARTITION WALL BECAUSE THE MYSTERY LADY WILL TELL YOU TO STAND BEHIND THE CHAIN ROPE! 😂😂! I think the people are very nice, however, the food could use little improvements! Like the bbq sauce could use a little organic brown sugar for starters! When the place is closing, they should sell all of the food for half price! No more serving food from 2 days ago! Fix the make shift hot bar and put a clear glass over it so that people can see what they are getting!! The lady is very kind but can't understand why she hides herself and the food! Anyways, go and taste a bit or two if you want!...
