This place is the absolute worst. The manager woman with the blond hair and glasses needs an attitude adjustment and to change her face.
Note to fellow vegetarians - convince your meat eating family to eat elsewhere. Save yourself the money and go get a big pizza at Buddy’s.
My wife ordered a Cobb salad with all of the meat removed. She was not informed that the restaurant was out of avocado until the food was dropped at the table and she had to ask for it. When she asked, it looked like the manager rolled her eyes and gave attitude for asking where the avocado was. Essentially, I paid 20 bucks for lettuce, tomato, cucumber, eggs and cheese. If my wife had known there was no avocado at the time of ordering, she would have ordered something else.
I added the platter option to mine and my son’s meal. It was evident that the portion of fries we received was vastly smaller than what the other tables were receiving. When we asked about it, we were told the cooks don’t measure the fries. So essentially some people get what they paid for and others get ripped off. That’s just how it works here.
A server did try to make it right by bringing fries at the end when we were paying the bill, however the manager again rolled her eyes at the resolution the waiter came up with. Just to be clear, I did not ask for money to be taken off the bill, nor did I ask for more food. The waiter came up with the solution.
This is just not a friendly place. They offer over priced, sub-par food and don’t understand what an enjoyable dining experience looks like.
I do not recommend this establishment.
I WILL NOT be returning to this restaurant during any future visit...
Read moreIf you go, try to go when it's not crowded. The food was awful, the waiter totally sucked and was obviously overwhelmed. We only saw him when he took our order(after waiting nearly 30 minutes after we sat down), when he brought our drinks (another 20 minutes). Our food was brought by a food runner/barback and honestly, for a $42 bill (basic nachos which were subpar the nachos were soggy with a drop of cheese, chili and pico de Gallo in the middle, a basic hamburger with lettuce and tomato, that was overcooked my fiance only eats his meat well done and this was clearly overcooked with no seasoning, fries that were clearly recooked and tasted like grease and the onion rings that were undercooked and overcooked; and honestly tasted more like batter. The next time we saw our waiter was about 45 minutes later to get the bill. The only reason why we even came to the restaurant was it was one of the only things still opened (after 9), and we go to the Diamond Club next door often and the restaurant at times is busy but at times does little business and now I understand why. The food is not all that. It's a shame. I spoke the assistant manager, and explained my dissatisfaction and he apologized but stated if I wanted to see if I could be compensated I needed to speak to the GM which believe me I will definitely be having that conversation. But make sure if you go to the restaurant have Pepto or any other medicine if you are one that gets sick easily after eating at subpar restaurants. This is one you'd want to...
Read moreA place to avoid if you can. We stayed at the Harrah's Resort for a week and almost everything was closed in the resort for eating leaving only the AC Burger Co. as a place to get Take out lunch to eat in our room.
This was a very bad experience. The server who took the order at the counter whose name is Euclide, was very nasty and rude.
She insisted that I ordered a Turkey sandwich when I ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich. The 2 different sandwiches don't even sound the same. I understand that we are all wearing masks and to hear one another can sometimes be a challenge. However, does Euclide have any experience in dealing with customers and was she properly trained on how to work the register and deal with customers? I am afraid the answer might be no.
This turned into a verbal confrontation between Euclide (the person at the counter) and myself. I was ready to cancel my order and walk out. However, where would I go when everything else is closed in the building.
It took a customer who witnessed what was going on to straighten this out and the customer told Euclide (who was behind the counter); that she needs to have better customer service then what she is doing here.
A manager did not even step forward. I would suggest looking for somewhere else to eat ; even if it means one would have to go outside the casino and find somewhere that knows how to...
