The location in the Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City are Very understaffed and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The first time i ordered i was ignored and 3 orders were filled that order after me before i received my order, i actually had to ask where it was. My second days's order I had no issues; staff were friendly and prompt. The last order on my last day was not a fun/ or professional. First off again understaffed for a resort. I stood in line for 35 mins with maybe 4 staff members at 730 in the morning of a Friday. I place my order for a Frappuccino and a bacon Sausage egg wrap and paid for my order. So I was ushered to the end of the counter to pick-up. I was not waiting long when I saw 2 another barrista looking at my meal request on the package. One of them than came over and told me they didn't have that wrap and if I want the spinach or refubd, I declined the spinach and requested a refund. This barrista ushered me to the cash and attempted something on the register ( complaining the whole time) and than told me she had to call a Manager. The barrista left the counter to the make the call, and was unsuccessful at reaching anyone and returned to tell me she was unable to help me at this time. As I was on a time restriction as it was my checkout and travel day I was unable to stay. The barrista was a bit rude and indicated when the manager was in they would fix it. Read moreAwful service on Jan. 2nd, Year 2020 we went to Harrah's Casino for New Year's Day celebration and stayed there overnight. On Jan 2nd 2020 we used a Starbucks gift cards for breakfast at that location; adjacent to the pool at Harrah's Casino in Atlantic City. They served a bagel to my husband that was at least 3 days old hard as a rock, un-toasted, when I asked for it to be toasted. There was no way that server could have cut through that rock of a bagel, unless they come pre-sliced. I noticed 3 people behind the counter, the other 2 were very friendly. I went back to the counter complained, the woman behind it who gave us the bagel didn't even look at me and said I'll send a new one to the end of the counter. A new bagel was brought out toasted, hot and soft like a bagel should be. My husband wondered if Starbucks checks the customer service provided at those franchise locations. I have 3 more gift cards, that I'll give them away. The lady behind the counter spoiled it for us. I love the coffee, I always sought them out. I guess I'll have to go elsewhere now. We believe the old and stale bagel was served to us intentionally with dirty looks by that girl because we are an interracial couple. I’m not looking to receive anything for free; I think the experience is worth sharing. I give that location a single star because there is no rating at LESS THAN ONE (1) star.
