Bean & Bread — Restaurant in Atlantic City

Disgusting people working here….my fiance and I were in a rush and 2 young woman would not answer her….i than asked them myself for help as we were looking to get a quick bite and they literally wouldn’t look at me. Btw the sandwiches do look gross not that I was able to taste them but it makes it look like the employees are here for show and don’t like there jobs to me being in the hotel business myself. If I can only upload the video of this. Let me also add that there boss called me after looking at camera footage and actually defended the fact that we only waited 30 seconds which was a lie and either way in a casino people want instant gratification and most staff I’ve seen at Oceans and Borgata do not act in this behavior…..you can keep your cup...

Wanted to get a couple things using a nugget coupon. Encountered a black female worker who did not appear happy about being on the clock. I asked her what was wrong and she said she was tired and going to school and didn't look too happy about wanting to take my order. After 50 years in the business i tried to tell her once you clock on you have to flip the switch and be a people person and at least make it seem like you want to be there if you have a tip cup on the counter. She didn't like that and said I was entitled. That's just racist to me. Needless to say I ended up walking away...

Wow for starts rude service. African American lady with blond braids was beyond rude and mean, complaining the whole time about being at work, said I didn’t ask for ice when I asked for an “iced macchiato”, and start clapping her hands while talking with an attitude. She also kept saying latte when I asked for a macchiato, she told me they are the same drink and I told her they are two totally different things and she was acting aggressive. Why are these types of people being hired??? Do better. I tipped the girl who made the drink and they don’t even say thank you....
