The Music Box — Attraction in Atlantic City

I went to 3 shows (5/27, 6/3, 6/4) and enjoyed everyone of them and looking forward to going back. Staff are friend and helpful...to a degree.

With that being said, I'm leaving a 3 star rating until they address the cup holder situation in the upper sections. I was seated in Upper 202 section Row N (2nd Row up) for 6/4 show. It appears that entire 202 section doesn't have cup holders at all. Looked left at the 201 section and they have them. I couldn't tell if section 203 has them or not. Made mention of it to 3 different ushers and and didn't get anything close to an answer. One response I got was "Yeah, that is kinda weird." It's not like it ruined my night by any means. I'll have to remember not to buy seats in that...

Deon Cole tonight was cancelled! I received an email that the event was cancelled 9pm last night which is highly frustrating! We have a limousine and 14 tickets to this event wasted! Being told by Borgota that a refund will be possible when a new date is available and after 60 days we can request a refund if no new date is presented! My birthday is ruined because of this cancellation. This is a Bad look! This would be my first and last time ever going to this Music Box Theater. A really nice 1000-seat venue inside The Borgata Casino. Seats are comfy, ushers are pleasant and helpful. The only complaint is that there are no restrooms. If you have to use the restroom you have to leave the venue and use a restroom down the hall inside the casino. If you're in the middle of a concert watching one of your favorite performers, sitting in a seat that required an expensive ticket, if you have to use the restroom you want it to be fast so you don't miss much of the concert. But at The Music Box the restrooms are quite a distance away. But overall, a nice place...
