H2O Pool & Bar — Restaurant in Atlantic City

I’m a regular. I pay to get in here. And yet, as I sit at the bar , because of their policies, I can get a drink but not one server has asked to take my food order (it has to be separate from your drink order) even after the bartender told someone I wanted to order.
