Very, very unpleased with the service provided. I got a price and dropped off my iPhone 12 for the back glass to be repaired. Upon returning to the store I was immediately met with excuses as to why the phone may appear wrong. The supposed owner informed me that my phones frame was “previously bent”. I went to 2 other stores beforehand to compare prices and they all looked at the phone and said that all I needed was the back glass and the phone was fine other than that. After coming back and hearing the frame was bent, I became skeptical. Once my phone was handed back to me I quickly realized the frame was now majorly discolored and damaged. After I brought this to the owners attention, he said “sometimes the laser does that, and in your case with the bent frame it’s even more likely”. Though I’m certain the frame wasn’t bent beforehand he kept insisting. Even if what he said was right, the top portion of the frame, far from where he said it was bent, was also heavily discolored. On top of all o this the glass is not sitting flat, it is higher up on one side than the other. The owner was very unprofessional, addressing me as “bro” and attempting to sell me even more of his services after the terrible job he had already done. When attempting to reach an appropriate resolution he kept saying “come on bro” and mentioning how he’s been working for 6 years and that he knew what he was talking about. These guys saved me a lot of time and $. They were reasonably priced and were done within 15 minutes of me walking in. My phone was having charging issues as most iphones have after a certain period of time. I wasn’t crazy about the idea of bringing my phone to my service provider as they will just tell me it’s time to replace my phone because you know they want that sale. So I came here instead and explained the situation to them. The guy who helped me quickly diagnosed the battery as the issue and quoted me $80 for a new one. Went ahead and told him to make the repair, he was done within minutes. If you want to get the most out of your devices come here. They’re very reasonably priced and don’t just try to sell you on a new product. Thank you for buying me some more time with my current phone because as we all know it’s a hassle starting over with a new phone. No one helps you anymore at places like Verizon, t mobile, etc. it’s always a sales pitch for a new phone and oh by the way YOU have to do the activation and transfer of all your stuff. Where do I start? Well 1st thing if I could give a zero stars I would, I went in to this establishment for a iPad 7th gen screen repair spoke to owner he knew I had a black screen model but proceeds by putting a white screen without telling or asking if this was ok didn’t make a fuss of this but right after repair I noticed pad was not holding charge took it back tech says MUST be a battery mind you never had this issue prior, thing had amazing battery life I asked him if it’s worth the repair he states absolutely because motherboard is still good so I ok the repair which was suppose to be done in 1 hr had to call him 24 hrs later to ask if it was all set no consideration of ppls time when I get there Ipad still has charging issue he noticed it himself after he handed it to me tells me must be the mother board (after he told me it was fine) needless to say he still charged me a (parts only fee of 50$) after questioned him about the issue.
