Starbucks — Restaurant in Atwater

I couldn't help but notice that there are quite a bit of bad reviews for this location. I come here every day, sometimes twice a day. Sure, they have their off days, but I have had nothing but good service here. If there has ever been a problem with my drinks, they have never given me any issues with remaking it. I always fill welcome when I walk through the doors, and I am thankful as I leave the building. As someone who goes to many other locations, this one is by far my favorite. With their friendly behaviors towards myself, as well as other's, along with their ability to correct mistakes, without making it feel like I ordered wrong, or making me feel bad if I did order it wrong, is just some of the reason I will continue to choose this location as my number one. We have always come to this Starbucks for the longest time. But today would be the last time we come. We went through the drive through and had ordered 5 drinks. We came up to the window and paid for our drinks. When we got our drinks, as we were grabbing them from the worker, it had suddenly spilled all over myself and my husband. I had never had this happened before. The drinks looked like they weren’t in the cup holder all the way. Also with the amount of drinks we had, there should have been two cupholders stacked together for extra precaution. The spilt drinks had stained the interior of our car and most likely compromised our electrical system in it. They did remake the drinks but still does not make up for the damage that this may have caused. We will not return to...

Absolutely amazing service! Sometimes I like to try new internet drinks and when I show the barista my phone for the drink they get annoyed but the guy who took my drink was actually like ooh that sounds good! And that made me really happy! I was also w my parents who refuse to learn how to order at Starbucks but he was very patient w my family and lighthearted and just cheery it was so nice! This Starbucks wasn’t your typical cozy starbucks, but it was definitely nice and lots of natural light and big windows lots of seating inside and out I could definitely see this as a good place to do...
