Dunkin' — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts 2/3 times a week in the morning since school started back in September, I am not one to make reviews or complain, but there has been multiple occasions where I have been very disappointed in the service I have received , or the quality of the food or drink that I ordered was not to standards. There has been two occasions where I was unsatisfied and spoke with the staff about the issue that I had with my drink. I asked for light ice I had a cup full ice, and then the manager who was a big white guy was very rude and sassy !! telling me I should’ve ordered my drink with light ice when I did, the stuff at the counter confirmed I ordered with light ice then once the manager remade the drink for me, the cup was not even filled to the appropriate fuel line, that’s on the cup. When I mentioned that my cup was not filled up properly, the manager began to give me more attitude about. I didn’t want any ice in my cup, and I replied I ask for light ice, I didn’t know like I meant that I couldn’t get a full cup of iced coffee. I asked for a refund the manager I don’t want no food from anyone who has a attitude or a problem serving me. Once he process my refund, he refunded me for the wrong amount when I gave him my original receipt. I come here all the time because I am a school bus driver in his in my area of routes. Went to this location today 5/8 about 4:30 pm, went to the drive through, and ordered a large iced coffee and dunkin energy drink. We waited about 10 min - the two ladies inside were chatting and asked us to repeat the order because they didn't put in the type of sweetener we had asked for. When they handed me the first drink I asked what was going on that was taking so long - we were the only ones in the drive through and the lobby was empty. She then slammed down the second drink and shoved it into my hand, without the lid secured. As we pulled off my husband took a sip of his drink which was made wrong despite repeating the order. He tried to go in the front door to get it replaced and it was locked (despite store hours being until 8pm) so he walked to the drive through and I pulled around to wait. When he got to the window, the same employee was being rude and my husband told her she was being rude and that she had slammed my drink down without securing the lid, and she reacted by throwing a large iced coffee all over my husband in front of another customer in her vehicle in the drive through.

I entered and neither of the two men working greeted or acknowledged me. After standing at the register for 5 minutes I felt the short one staring at me from me behind the coffee machine so I looked and he jumped and mumbled that he would be right with me. Then a very large man walked out his hair in some type of messy unsanitary looking man bun, also didn’t acknowledge me. He wandered around for a couple minutes then wandered to the register also mumbling something I’m guessing was what can I get you……I asked for a small iced vanilla coffee with almond milk creamer. I paid and waited. He walked over and threw his arm over the half door toward me saying nothing. So I took my coffee and thanked him. After trying it I noticed it was way too sweet sweeter than any I had ordered at any other location. He rolled his eyes and asked me how I wanted him to make this one since I didn’t like the last one. I said whatever you put in it that is sweet, less of it please. He then told me to make sure and tell him and all workers that from now on. He told me he couldn’t take the old one back so do what I wanted with it.
