The food at this location is decent, but the service could use improvement—especially when it comes to online orders. I’ve had multiple experiences where special requests were missed, even though they were clearly listed on the receipt. Most recently, I watched my sandwich being made in-store and noticed they didn’t add the extra items I requested. When I pointed it out, they acknowledged the mistake after checking the receipt. I go to this place frequently. So frequently that the staff has learned my order, and when I come in the experience is a breeze. Hunter and Jose continuously make my experience better, with extremely quick and delicious food prepped with efficiency. The cold subs here are the best in the area undoubtedly.

During my commute from work I pass many other Jersey Mike's locations, and competitive sandwich shops, but the excellent customer service is what brings me back to the Jersey Mike's Auburn Hills Store #31032 at 2041 N.
