I'll start by saying up until today Tuesday August 6th I've never had a negative experience with Jimmy John's. I don't like to judge or give an establishment a poor review based on one experience, but you expect the same or better service from place you visit frequently.
The worst delivery driver experience I've ever had in my life. 45 minutes after placing an order for a sub the delivery driver calls me to tell me I entered my address incorrectly(you don't enter your address on the app after the first time). I asked him whats address he's at and he replies the correct address. The driver told me to call the store he could not deliver the order. I called the store the driver was already back at the store to talk with the manager... The driver made no attempts to call me while he was knocking (delivery drving 101)at what he said was my door. The driver was rude and dismissive. The driver told me someone else answered my door when I live alone... Worst experience in the aurburn hills. I'd give zero stars if I could. Read moreAWFUL!! Our work is right next door. We ordered 2 day old breads, and a two sandwiches. The bread was tough not fresh, I think they miss understood about the day old bread! Then they also didn't put any lettuce or tomato on the one sandwich and the other I was told was the worst he had (and he LOVED their sandwiches and ordered all the time). I went in to pick up the bread they forgot the next day and was only told, "Really? I'm sorry. We'll try better next time" by the manager on duty. For as much as my co-worker orders I would have expected a different response from a manager.... ESPECIALLY since Jersey Mikes just opened up not even a 1/2 mile from them. Read moreI had a group order for 13. The sandwiches were ready in time and placed in a box for carrying when I requested it. The worker handed me a stack of cups, told me to grab the waters that were ordered from the cooler, and sent me on my way. He gave me drink holders after I asked. I hauled my order to the car with the help of another customer who was kind enough to volunteer. I checked my order and found I was shorted several cups and ALL the chips. I had to go back in and they told me I had to grab the chips from the rack myself. They gave me a box for carrying the 13 bags of chips once I asked for it. I helped myself to the missing cups, asked and received my another drink carrier, then hauled it all to the car. I would have expected everything to be boxed when ready and an offer to help carry it to the car. Next time we'll order pizza...
