Here from out of state, used to crappy attitudes of north easterners in general but not in food service. The moment we walked in the door you felt the attitude of ‘I don’t want to be here’, no smiles no pleasantries. First strike. THEN when I asked for an alcoholic beverage I was asked for my ID (normal) but my credit/debit card too (um, what?) then the manager said it was company policy to make sure it wasn’t a fake ID. This was a FEDERAL DRIVERS LICENSE. If you can’t tell a fake from a federal (regardless out of state), you shouldn’t be serving alcohol. PLUS when we said we knew what we wanted to order the waitress ignored us and said “I’ll just bring your drinks first”. Uh, girlfriend you’re writing this down, not memorizing…. Second strike. AND THEN, The manager over explained everything & kept repeating herself after I stated I had an allergy and she wasn’t really aware of the ingredients of their drinks. Nor tried to find out. Read moreWe had a great visit.... Went on a Saturday about 430 and got sat right away.... Started to get busy shortly after and by the time we left there was a wait... We were greeted by Alexis who had a great personally right from the start....Starving when we arrived we ordered xl boneless before even looking at the menu.... They were on the table just as we were ready to order. Alexis had to step away for a min and asked Jess to watch our table... She came right over to see how we were doing and she also was full of smiles and attention. We ordered burgers and Alexis was very specific on the way we wanted them cooked... Zero pink for me and small amount for my husband... While we waited we watched the USA girls softball team playing a great game... I observed Alexis with a couple of. Her other tables and was very impressed at the effort she took to explain salt and sugar content in the meals they were ordering... (Elderly couple). Our food came out and was perfect and fast... We ate every bite..skipped dessert... Paid the fair bill and left a great tip!! Thanks Alexis... Jess......

App. Until she found our waitress. We said no thanks just ice tea and popcorn. Girl comes over says she's our waitress and my wife tells her she has a gluten allergy. She says I have to get a manager to take your order and leaves. A little while later the manager comes over standing in the isle with her laptop and my wife gives her order. She checked every item which is really good but it was already listed as gluten free and talk about making my wife uncomfortable with the way this was done. Someone from the kitchen brought our food. We were just about done and our "waitress" came by. I asked for another drink. The food was good. We were done and she came by and said how was everything good? She answered for us? She basically did nothing and got a tip that was more than her effort. Food good service not other than the other waitress that came over after we were...
