Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

Place opened 1/27/2020 and everything from manangement to customer service food quality and all has gone down drastically. They have a new woman running the store who doesn’t look suitable for the job image wise and has a disgusting attitude and personality with employees and customers.However I have met a few employees who move the needle and have kept that store alive due to high quality experiences,the food has gotten worse products being used that look expired and food that looks like a 4 year old makes it,really miss the old days in the place when the actual owners were always there and actually cared of the customers rather than downgrading on everything,they even have a bad reputation for keeping customers money for orders that were asked to be canceled or orders that don’t get picked up that never see the funds go back in the customers bank account. I keep giving this place chance after chance with their delivery, in hopes of it getting better and I think I have finally given up. Very likely never ordering from here again. Food arrives cold 99% of the time. I pay for dipping sauces and 99% of the time I don't get them - I don't like plain cheesy bread nor plain cinnamon twists (hence why I order dipping sauces), so I'm paying to put food in the trash. I'm paying a delivery fee for cold food and missing items... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's wild that a place can continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. It's also wild for me to think it would get better. Wasted too much money too many times to trust them again so I'm done.

Every time we order from this dominos we have issues, whether it’s delivery or pickup. If we choose to get food delivered, it never comes until we message the restaurant asking where it is, they always just apologize and the food ends up late and cold. Today, I went to pickup an order with two food items and a drink, upon arrival I waited ten minutes for my food after giving my name even though it was already ready, and I still had to ask for the drink we ordered.
