Starbucks — Restaurant in Auburn

Ordered two blonde roast pour overs inside on January 29th around 1:53 PM. I was told they would take 5 minutes. No problem. 12 minutes go by without any word. I go up to an employee with pale skin and shaggy, curly, hair covering their eyes. The employee immediately asked if I was waiting on the pour overs. I said yes, and they responded with "they take awhile, we're working on them" with an attitude and a tone that made it seem like I'm being an impatient customer even though I hadn't said a word other than "yes". Not a friendly tone that would assure a customer that they are coming, no apology for it taking longer than I was initially told.

The two drinks took 19 minutes, and they tasted horrible. Incredibly bitter. Also, there was a thick layer of coffee grounds at the bottom, of which I got a mouthful. Clearly they don't train their employees at this location in anything other than pressing buttons and...

I've have given this place a try 1 too many times. They are literally horrible at their job. The coffee is always horrible thats the only thing you can count on. I went here for my birthday beverage and got my sister a VERY simple cappuccino to go with and they did everything they could to completely ruin my experience and birthday. My drink was missing over half of what I ordered and the "dry" cappuccino (one of the literal easiest drinks to make) was absolutely trash. Starbucks, I pay freaking 20 dollars for two drinks of trash. Very disappointing, I've worked at 10 service jobs growing up and moving around and no matter if I was in college or grown I took pride in my work. Just because this is ran by college students doesn't mean they get to do a horrible disrespectful job. Don't waste your time or hard earned money at this trash establishment. Very disappointing. This is a McDonald's, not a Starbucks. The last 4 trips I've driven off without ordering after waiting 20 minutes just to get to the speaker because everything I asked for wasn't available. 7:30 in the morning, 10:30 in the morning, 4:00 in the afternoon, doesn't matter what time you pull up. They're always out of the very basics. I've been choosing to drive away because after several badly messed up orders when I settled for something they did have left, it just isn't worth trying to order anything. I've given them several chances a month for about a year but after so many tries without being able to order a simple sandwich and latte, I won't be wasting 30 minutes of my time attempting at this location again.
