Very Frustrated...My wife and I have payed over $100.00 a month for a membership for over two years. Due to our busy life styles, we join Palm Beach Tan specifically for the spray feature which typically alloys us to get in and out quickly. In the last few months we have had terrible experiences with the lack of maintaining there equipment with this location and the Auburn location. m receiving is air only. No tanning solution!! Or we come in for a spray and the booth is not working at all. This has happened to my wife and I multiple times recently. Very frustrating to have to get dressed and go make someone aware at the front desk and then go and get undressed for the second time. My opinion is. ..If the staff would spend more time preparing the machines for there next guest, these issues shouldn

I have reached out several times about this, and nothing has changed except for an apology from upper management and a promise to look into it. When I have been a loyal customer for years and the great product that convinced me to sign up, is the same great product I expect to continue getting. So to help you out and show you there is a huge difference in Mystic and Palmbeach brand, I’ve attached a picture side by side of the difference. With Mystic, I only had to use dark with a Honey additive and accelerator. New product I have to use dark and 2-3 bronzers and still don’t have the same color, not to mention, it’s only good for one full day after the first shower. Read moreBuyer beware. Bought a self application tanning lotion and needed to return it the same day, unused. The staff refused to take it back saying they just couldn’t know for sure that it had not been used or something put in it. I asked where was the disclaimer in the store (there was no disclaimer on the receipt) stating that all sales are final. She said there wasn’t any such disclaimer. I understand if they don’t want to take it back, but absolutely it should be stated visibly at the register or near the merchandise and in the receipt.
Update: A very kind staff member did contact me and offered their assistance in making the situation right for me. I appreciate their effort to make sure their customers are happy...that says a lot to me...
