I was going to delete the bathroom photos I took to show them to make a point to correct this. Not a good start I almost decided to not eat there today... The cashier was rude and trying to make excuses of this could of happened earlier ... Highly doubtful is my opinion.and even the sandwich which should be at least kinda flaky and not so soft .. Reminded me of a steamed hotdog bun. I think that was a Burger King product fault and not the food preparer. I put it on counter and asked for a fresh one... I went back up to see if it was done but old one was still on counter no effort to correct this and I got another one and it was the same. She was irritated enough to say she was going to call the police ...I said go ahead ..But I just took the sandwich and left. Good note the coffee and tater tots were good .A worker did go clean the bathrooms and I said thank you to her. Hopefully the next time if I go there the quality control will be a bit better. And no excuses to justify...
Read moreService was very poor,, employees playing around behind counter and hugging each other at one point while customers waiting to order, one front end worker literally sitting with back to customers waiting to order with butt sitting on the counter. Customers were upset like we were and atleast 2 customers left in disgust. Area where you get drinks was dirty and nasty, bathroom was dirty, stinky and nasty. Literally saw the manager ask employees to go "clean the bathroom as it has not been cleaned or touched in two days". And they just literally stood there when asked to clean the bathroom. This place is honestly not sanitary or clean to eat at or use the restroom and i don't recommend eating here at all and we won't be going back for a long long time if we do at all. And I just do not understand how some of these employees work ethics and or behaviors is allowed to happen......??? They have lost our families money ! Go there and you will see exactly why this...

The manager said she wouldn't do anything about a mistake because I didn't call the same night since it was after closing time because she would have been there to answer the phone.
It gets really confusing trying to figure out what's the right thing to do to not be inconsiderate. We have previously thought getting out of the way of the other people in the drive through or not calling after hours, but just a heads up when you're in a drive thru, I guess the only safe thing to do is to stay put at the window and check your order before leaving rather than hurry and get out of the way as soon...
