As someone who frequents McDonald's quite often, I can confidently say that this fast food chain is an absolute gem! The food is consistently delicious and satisfying, with a wide variety of options to choose from that are sure to please even the pickiest eaters.

edit I went in today with my husband and things were even worse than before! They put in order screens now which means less jobs for people... We went to the counter anyways and a girl took our order. She didn't listen to a thing we said. We asked for Dine In, we got Take Out. My husband asked for a Medium #3 and got a regular bacon cheese burger (not even close to a #3). I ordered a double cheese no onion and got a tiny cheese burger. It took more than 10 minutes of a wait to get our food, which turned out to be wrong. They didn't give me my smoothie, I had to go back up and ask for it. When we went back up to tell them our order was wrong, it took another 5 minutes to get our correct order. By the time we got our order correct our pies and fries were cold. Seriously how hard is it to get an order right? You're getting paid to work so work and pay attention! This place is horrible... This is not the first, nor 2nd, nor 3rd or even 4th time they've gotten my order right. In fact I honestly forget the last time they got it right where I either didn't have to complain in house or call from...

Edit: 2023, I've been to this place a handful of times since my last review and the quality of service is just falling further and further from what it used to be.

Almost every time I've gone, something has been missing from my order. I understand it's fast paced work and can be highly stressful, but half the time I go in, everyone is just standing around chit chatting and on their phones.

Listen, I like to slack as much as the next person, but get your job done first. Slack on the cleaning or restocking, make sure you get the orders right and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I don't expect you to have it out in the unrealistic goal corporate sets for you, but it shouldn't take me 10 to 15 minutes to go through drive-thru from a fast food joint, especially during peak times.
