Matt’s Golden Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

This place is horribly disgusting. I ordered 2 pizzas, one BBQ chicken and one cheese. They were both virtually tasteless, they must use the cheapest/oldest ingredients. But the cheese pizza had brown spots on it. Mold? Maybe hamburger? When I clearly ordered cheese. Idk, but it looked gross! Totally unappetizing and didn't taste good either. When I commented on their FB page, with a picture of the pizza, their immediate response was to call me a liar, and say i must've gotten that pizza somewhere else because they have "quality checks" 😆 before the pizza is handed over. Immediately after I posted proof of my online order, my comment was deleted and I was blocked from their page. I called to speak with the manager and he told me how dare I go to Facebook and complain about his business without calling them first. He tried to tell me it was basil on the pizza. 😆 He rudely said I could get a refund, if i came into their location, but unfortunately I ordered through Slice. If I could give this a zero rating I would- This is my first and last time ordering at this place. I don't know what happened here, but this Chicken Alfredo Pasta was a disaster. The sauce was a watery mess—more like cream with zero seasoning—leaving the pasta to just float in a bland, unappetizing pool. The chicken was dry and overcooked, like it had been reheated a dozen times to the point where it tasted burnt. Alfredo pasta doesn’t even taste like alfredo.. This was supposed to be comfort food, but it was a sad, soggy disappointment. If I thought the pasta was bad, this calzone took things to another level of disappointment. BARELY any steak, zero seasoning & feta wasn’t even tasting like feta. We did delivery got the combo plater it was almost leftover from the day, also did a spaghetti dinner it was a scoop of noodles with a drip of sauce, mind you thinking usually when you get spaghetti it comes baked with cheese which was asked for extra cheese and charged for.
