Philly Connection delivers an exceptional dining experience both at their restaurant and through their food truck, maintaining high standards of quality and service across both formats.
The restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere with a comfortable, casual setting perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. The interior is clean and well-maintained, with attentive staff who ensure that each visit is pleasant and efficient. The ordering process is straightforward, and the food is consistently served hot and fresh.
The highlight of Philly Connection’s menu is, of course, their authentic Philly cheesesteak. The sandwiches are generously filled with tender, thinly sliced steak, perfectly grilled and topped with melted cheese that adds a creamy, savory layer to every bite. The bread is soft yet sturdy enough to hold the hearty fillings without falling apart. Additionally, the restaurant offers a variety of toppings and add-ons, allowing customers to customize their cheesesteaks to their liking. The menu also includes other tasty options like chicken cheesesteaks, hoagies, and fresh salads, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
The food truck maintains the same high standards as the restaurant, bringing the delicious flavors of Philly Connection to various locations. The food truck is a convenient option for grabbing a quick, satisfying meal on the go. Despite the mobile setup, the quality of the food remains top-notch, with cheesesteaks that are just as flavorful and well-prepared as those served in the restaurant. The staff at the food truck are efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience even during busy times.
One of the standout features of both the restaurant and the food truck is the consistency in quality and taste. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a quick bite from the food truck, you can expect the same delicious, high-quality food. Philly Connection does a really good job of maintaining their standards and ensuring customer satisfaction across all...
Read moreThis particular day (couple days ago) was not me and my boyfriend first time coming to this place. We have never eaten inside, we always grab our food to go. It usually is pretty good. We ordered our food over the phone, the order was repeated back and it was repeated back correctly, we were told it would be about 15 minutes before it was ready, which was fine. 20 minutes later we arrive, I went in to get the food, the order was not fixed correctly. Im glad I checked before we left because we stay 45 minutes away. They corrected the order, with a very positive attitude and we got free drinks because more than one thing was messed up on our order. I was also calm and nice about it because they were politely correcting the issue. The winhs were poppin. They were fully fried not wet (which i prefer) the lemon pepper sesoning were proportionally spreaded, and not just dumped on the top. I would recommend this for my friends to go on a chill day, not on a day your in a hurry, for this did not seem like fastly prepared food environment. I still enjoyed my visit even...
Read moreI will not go back. This was my to go place when traveling. I'm from Philadelphia originally. I grew up on cheese steaks. I now live in the south and I've been stopping at the Philly connection for at least 20 years. We'll this time. It was totally different. The meat was precooked soaking water, it looked like. The meat was not seasoned till after it was reheated. This is not a steak sandwich this is something I can buy from a grocery store and heat up myself. I had already prepaid for 3 sandwiches. If I would of known this I would of walked out before i paid. No I would not of stopped. I went 30 minutes out if my way on this trip. I will not stop again even if I have to get some from a store in the same parking lot. I would not recommend anyone who wants an authentic cheese steak to ever stop at the Philly Connection of the I 85 exit 51 in Alburn. Plus they did away with the...
