Called in for a takeout order, once I got home, my food taste very distasteful, almost as if the shrimp was spoiled. Once I called back for a refund and they told me to come back to the store with the seafood boil and the receipt. Once I got there the “manager” tried to tell me I came 30 minutes after my call in and that’s the reason my food tasted spoiled, but I in fact came 14 minutes after. Then the “manager” said their were going to call somebody up there to taste the food because I was the only customer to say something was wrong with my order, but he was actually calling the police. From there the police instructed me to come back the next day for full refund and to talk to the boss, once I got there, I was met with again the same “manager”. It was explained again how I’m the only who had this problem. I further explained how every customer experience will not be the same and it isn’t right to not accommodate me, even after I returned the whole seafood boil. Read moreI came here expecting a decent seafood boil, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The place was dirty, the staff was unprofessional, and it felt completely unsanitary.
The cook came out of the kitchen, rinsed one hand under the sink, and then sat down to eat and talk with the other server — who had just been handling money from the register — without washing their hands. They were clearly talking about us while we were still there.
Food came out at different times, and everything was served in cheap plastic sous-vide bags tossed on the table with flimsy gloves full of holes. The utensils were plastic, and they even used regular kitchen bowls for serving. It felt like they cut every corner possible.
This restaurant seems to ignore basic hygiene and food safety. I would strongly warn anyone against eating here until they fix their cleanliness, food handling, and customer...

I made a visit to the business very recently, satisfaction don't touch what the business is actually about when it comes to customers service. Very rude and unprofessional! Walked in along with several family members (mind you, nobody suggested we go to Yummy, we just wanted to feast on some seafood, etc) and received one of the most rudiest customer service after taking our seat and asking for a menu.
