Thai Dish Auburn — Restaurant in Auburn

I will NEVER order from here again, what horrible customer service & mgmt. I called & ordered delivery and only received half of my order came. I called to tell them of what happened & was told I could pick up the rest of my order or wait another hour ½ for the delivery man to come my way. I explained that I ordered delivery because my baby was in bed & just credit my account. The manager agreed but an hour later while sleeping the delivery guy was pounding on my door so hard for 10 STRAIGHT mins it woke my neighbors on both sides of me. I called the manager again & to my shock she screamed at me not letting me get a word in at all. She screamed to me that because they came back then that was my chance to get the rest of my order(even though I had already explained that I'd be in bed with my son) She hung up on me telling me that nobody would want a customer like me & not to come back. She did not hear or even let me speak a word it was chaos. I paid $65.00 & received half of what I paid for what a disappointment. I've had problems here before I was giving them another chance because not many Thai restaurants deliver around here. Never again will I call these people me nor my very awake neighbors now are impressed with the ugly attitude of this restaurant.I will listen to what I hear around town about restaurants...

Been to Thai Dish many times, both eating in and eating out. Food has always been very good. We went there on New Years Eve. My wife's Brother came from Vermont and we told him that he would enjoy the food/place. We just wanted to be unrushed and have a nice relaxing evening. I informed our waitress of this when she took our drink order. We ordered drinks and a couple appetizers and I told her that I would let her know when we were ready to order. She said that was fine and just to wave her down when we were ready. That was great. After a couple drinks and some catching up we were ready to order. Our food came very quickly and was very good. Here is the problem. We were not even half done our meal when we were told that it was closing time and they really wanted to close!! We were not even half done our meal!! This should have been mentioned much earlier, not like we didn't tell them that we wanted to take our time. Will I go again? Not sure. Will I order out again? They have the most amazing chefs in that kitchen! They are not cooking you an exotic dish that they learned in school, nor are they trying to recreate something that they have had at other restaurants. These cooks are making you the soul food of their homeland and the TLC is evident.
