Trailblazer Craft Pizza & Brews — Restaurant in Auburn

We moved up here to Auburn from SoCal five years ago. We meant to try out the Applebee's but never made it and they closed. We heard a new restaurant opened called Trailblazer Craft Pizza and Brew. We have plenty of pizza places in town, most of them quite good. I have to say that Trailblazer really exceeded my expectations. The pizza was wonderful, the side Caesar salad we shared was generous and good. The draft beer was "Ice Cold" just the way I like it ( I hate cool beer, not cold) ! The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone, oh and they have a pretty large menu with other food and drink offerings and a full bar, score! They also have a great atmosphere, super clean and welcoming. Noise level for a restaurant with a bar was just fine. We ate around 5:30 pm as we were leaving the place was really filling up, it might be noisier later....

GREAT!! Auburns new hot spot for fresh delicious food. Large menu giving many options to enjoy. They officially have the best chicken wings in town. Everything was fresh hot and tasty. The staff was 110% I didn't have to ask for a refill. Every time someone walked by we were asked if anything was needed. I was blown away how efficient the team worked together. The GM stopped by the table. Found out he is a local born and raised. Place has a Great friendly atmosphere. They serve food til 10pm which is also nice for the stay up lates. Let's Support...

I then I got a mini pizza lunch special and upgraded it to the pioneer craft topping combo. It came with a side salad and a soft drink for 19.95.

I was served a well crafted ceasar side salad while the pizza was still cooking. From there I was very impressed by the quality of the pizza, it was larger than expected and they did not skimp on the toppings!

Great vibes Trailblazer! I will definitely be coming back next time...
