They lacked enough staff to take care of customers in a timely manner. Additionally, there was no chicken ready. I had been standing in line for 8 minutes and the chicken still had over 10 to 15 minutes before it could be served. I couldn't wait so I made an alternate choice of protein. I ordered one barbacoa burrito, 1 steak bowl and 1 barbacoa bowl. The meat was fatty and not edible. Barbacoa recipes contain loads of spices, there's was bland. The cilantro lime rice was watery and also, completely bland. Both types of beans (pinto & black) contained zero salt and the beans were undercooked, to the point of crunchy. The guacamole, which we had to pay extra for was flavorless and the pico de gallo had green bell peppers in it. This is not how traditional pico is made. All of our meals were completely inedible and for this experience, I spent $30.00. Taco Bell would have been a better choice than Chipotle and a lot cheaper. At least with Taco Bell you know what to expect. If I lived closer, I would have gotten my money back.
