I came with my son and my mom to get ice cream and some food to snack on after the park. I asked for a jumbo hot dog a drink and two fries the young lady with glasses and septum piercing taking my order advises there was only one fry made up and it would take 7 min to make new ones so she couldnât sell me anymore that just the one. I asked if I could order two and just wait for the two fresh fries to be made another young lady walked up the one taking my order asked if that was something they could do the girl in return them said âSUREâ. Everything I ordered was responded with âyepâ. My sister n law walked up to the window to order food and over heard the girls talking and said âhome girl clearly didnât understand what I saidâ. These females working for this company are very disrespectful and very unprofessional. No way at all to treat someone giving business to the company and I would not want anyone running a company for me with that type...
Read moreI used to love coming here and bringing the family. I think our best days are behind us. They now have another ânew menuâ with no prices listed. When I inquired they said, âno one pays attention to them anywayâ. Right. They said they could tell us at the window the prices. When my wife asked the cost of each size of a cone, she got the âIâm annoyedâ attitude reading them off. Theyâve always been a little slow but for the most part itâs not bad. Itâs ideally located across the street from the park. Prices continue to go up, but itâs not a surprise in this economy. As difficult it is to see rising prices at the grocery store and other establishments, Iâm glad they list the prices so we donât have to go up to the cashier to ask. Perhaps if things turn around Iâll...
Read morethe food or service may or may not be great. but when you walk up to the window it's hard to tell if they are even open. we ordered two cheeseburgers and a peanut butter shake. I see the girl grab the buns and start preparing the food WITHOUT GLOVES!!!!! Appalled, I immediately told the cashier "she has no gloves on? I want my money back!" they look at each other and the owner tells the cashier "just give them their money" I told the owner that "there is no excuse for not using gloves when handling food!" " take your money its none of your business, we use sanitizer" he said to me. I looked at him and yelled "not my business?! as a paying customer it is most certainly my business when that is my order!" enraged I left. the health dept was notified and hopefully they learn their lesson. As a previous food service worker there is absolutely no excuse to not use gloves, especially if you want...
